Good encouragement for extra curricular activities.

Not much encouragement for sports activities. The physical education teacher is not at all amiable. Coming to college Atmosphere there are some students who have political influence and try to create nuisance in college

I got admission in this college through TS EAMCET-2015 in which I got a rank of 5182. The reason to choose this college is 1. The college is affiliated to OSMANIA UNIVERSITY 2. Its the SECOND ranked private institution in the state of Telangana. 3. And I enquired about the college from my seniors who studied in the college and they suggested me to go for it.

The curriculum is set by the OSMANIA UNIVERSITY and college has no right to change it. The curriculum is. Set in such way that there are some learning and course outcomes provided for each subject. At the end of the year, the students should be able to meet the course objectives. For the students who are interested in research and want to continue their education in overseas Universities, the faculty is ready to help them by providing required inputs without any hesitation.

I never heard about a student getting an internship from college but many students attend internships on their own in companies like BHEL, DRDO and some of them even apply for the summer internships in IITs.

As I'm of the third year I'm not supposed to attend any placements. Talking about our seniors, there will be a good number of placements for the CSE, IT and ECE students because most of the companies visiting will be software companies(Infosys, Accenture, Tata consultancy services, etc). For the mechanical students (core jobs), only one or two companies like Medha servo drives will be visiting and the intake of jobs are also very less(1-2). However many of the mechanical students get placed in software companies (around 25-27%) receiving packages about 3-4 lakhs per annum. College also conducts campus recruitment training classes twice a week under the leadership of placement cell.

Every department conducts at least one fest (national wide)per year and there will be a common college fest (apart from individual branch fests) . There are clubs for extracurricular activities like beat Hoppers crew(dance ) , Mvsr fine arts club etc. There aren't any scholarships provided especially by the college but the college is under the government scholarship programme (TS-EPASS) . The college also has NCC(NATIONAL CADET CORPS) , interested students can take participate in selections.

The college has nothing to do with the fee structure, it is the government which decides the fee which a student should pay. The tuition fee is 95000 per annum and there will be an extra fee of 6500 which we have to pay every semester for accreditation and lab facilities. As I mentioned earlier it is the ranked second in the list of private colleges in TELANGANA. So in my perspective, the fee is feasible. Think this way, if the college facilities are bad why will the government allot that huge amount as fee.

Every year there will be a fest named ATHLEMA , a sports festival in which students from different colleges come and participate. In the holidays, the management will.be conducting workshops like MATLAB WORKSHOP, WELDING WORKSHOP, CAD / CAM WORKSHOP, And they also invite scientists from BDL, DRDL for guest lectures. As the college is co-educational institution around 45% of the students are girls. No religious fights or caste-based fights, but some students who are a politically sound fight with each other creating some nuisance. No student will be tolerated if he/she rags their juniors, they I'll be fined or suspended by the management. Many of the students who come by management seats are rich and they try to show off their wealth. But not all the students of the college are economically sound.

Speaking Frankly the infrastructure of the college hostel is very bad but the food they provide is appreciable. But no worries there are private hostels beside the college which are cheaper than the college hostel and provide better food and facilities.

It's not hectic or chilled out. Their will 2 internals exams for each semester and the question papers are prepared in such a way that the student has to cover entire syllabus to score good marks. And labs are conducted every week were students get exposure to different kinds of equipments and making them understand the concepts practically.

1.First of all, the Candidate who to get the admission must quality in TS EAMCET examination and should secure a good rank. For OC students it should be below 7-8k. For SC ,ST students it can go upto 64000. 2.The candidate should attend for certificate verification and fill the web options. 3. If the candidate is considered eligible for the course he opted for ,the seat will.be automatically alloted to him/her.

Most of the teachers have very sound knowledge about the subject however there is some faculty who don't have any idea about what they are saying. There will around 6-7 PhDs, 10-12 associate professors and 25-27 assistant professors in each department. Speaking about the student to faculty ratio, in our department (Mechanical engineering) there are 40-44 lecturers for about 500 students( can't state exact number of students because some the classes will be having students who are detained). Every third-year student will be sent to an industrial visit during which they'll have the exposure with industries. About teaching methods, many teachers use digital aids such as projectors, PowerPoint presentations and videos for more conceptual understanding. Frankly speaking, there are some faculty whose lectures we don't find any kind of interest. The course curriculum is prepared by the Osmania University by the panel of teachers headed by Dean of Osmania University in a proper,framed matter .
