- Hygiene of our campus is very good. They maintain the campus very neatly.
- The placement of campus is good and the companies are well known to all the students.
- The competition between the students is very high which motivates the other students to study diligently
Dislikes
- Our college doesn't give much priority to the sports which results inthe old equipment.
- During rainy seasons the college ground will have more grass as a result it's hard to play in the field.
- The overall campus are is quite small compared to all other colleges and it's not congested but it's not high.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because currently there are good packages in the IT DEPARTMENT and the average package of IT is good in the vasavi college of engineering. There are around 1:4 faculty to student ratio in my department. It may vary in different departments and our associate professors are all PhD completed and assistant professor have completed their master's. The HOD of out IT DEPARTMENT completed his PhD and published around 40 papers. There will holidays before the every semester end examination.
Internships Opportunities
Service now internships with stipend of 70 k and if they get placed they get a package of 44 lpa. Visa internships with the stipend of 90k and if they get placed they will get a package of 26 lpa. Projects I did in my third semester is based on mediapipe Google and currently iam engaged in a AIML project.students should do mandatory projects in 3rd and 6 th semester other than Major project in the last semester.
Placement Experience
The students can sit for placement from 6th semester and internship from 5th semester. We get 4-5 companies for internships in 5th semester they are service now, visa,providence and Cisco. The highest package from our campus is 2023 passout in Google san francisco 1.37 crores. Approximately 80% of the students will get placed. I want to do Masters in USA I am trying to get into yale University.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yeah I like the fee hike policy because the general fee structure in every college has been increased and it comparatively low in our college. there are no scholarship available for me as my father is a government employee.
Campus Life
Euphoria is the annual fest that is conducted in our college and they are generally conducted during the month of April. There are around 4000 books available in our library and they are from various authors. The class are very clean and the blocks are maintained in well neat structure. There will be sports periods for every class and in every year.
Admission
I came to vasavi college of engineering through the TS EAMCET and my rank is 5085 and the cutoff for my department is around 6300. College also accepts students through their mains rank(B category). At vce.ac.in website the application notification will be available and for category B students. The students that got accepted through the TS EAMCET will have reservation benefits.
