Course Curriculum Overview
I am interested in the software industry so I opted for Computer science but I got Information technology. There were almost 200 students in the IT department and 60 staff members. All the associate professors are Ph.D. holders and assistant professors completed their Masters. For every 2 months, there were exams and the difficulty level was medium.
Internships Opportunities
College will provide good internship opportunities in 4th sem itself. Companies like Service Now, Visa, Providence,etc will provide internships in 4th sem.The stipend will be from 50000 to 80000 per month and the internship duration will be of 3 to 4 months.
Placement Experience
I didn't get any placements but there are good placements to everyone who joined this college as everyone my seniors are getting some highest packages of 40lpa also. And the average package of this year is 8Lakhs per year. So I would recommend this college for placements too. As everyone my seniors are getting it.
Fees and Financial Aid
Initially the fee would be 135000 and for extra charges they take 3000 so overall 138000 we will pay.No fee hikes.If you got 10k below rank in eamcet and your father shouldn't be a government employee then you will get full fee scholarship.And if you are an andhra student also you will get full fee scholarship.
Campus Life
There will a annual fest named Euphoria where all the dances and food stalls it will be lots of fun. Also there is an nss camp which conducts various camps like blood bank and we also participate during the elections to monitor the elections.
Admission
To get into Vasavi college of engineering we should either TS eamcet rank below 10000 and Mains rank below 80000.There is no particular application process to get into Vasavi we can get by using mains or eamcet.admission process was very good.
