My college experience

Just a single thing I don't like is the holidays they provide you with a minimum of a month's holiday during summer breaks and it is not enough for you to grab other internships or learn something new.

I took the admission through the counseling process and had given UPTU entrance exam for the same I scored pretty well with a score of 452. I have IIT, BITSAT, SRM,VIT and UPTU. There was a single motive to select this college its placements and teaching methods.

The course is Btech in Computer science engineering and this is worth in the college to take for. College got accreditations in a lot of educational fields and branches and is having a perfect UPTU structure and management. You can focus on anything at any time of the day the libraries are well organized, the campus is perfect for studies and the hostel is occupied by professors too so proper discipline is also maintained in the hostel so you have a perfect setting and mood for studies all the time. The course is really well.

Yes, they do provide internships. The general stipend they provide is around 2000-4000. But it depends on the caliber of the student.

Placements are increasing per year at a good rate and the placement department of the college is really hard working and the best guides for you. You can discuss whatever you want related to your carrier, they will give you the best suggestions. The job opportunities are huge because the college is opening new workshops and centers of the biggest brands of the world like PTC labs, BMW workshops, etc.

There are many fest events organized by our college and by AKTU itself. Basically, NIET is the major center for all the UPTU colleges in the city. Events are well organized by both the students' council and the teachers related to it. The fest organizing a society of the college includes the students from all the years and from all the branches.

The fee structure is the best I can think of. Its fees and management fees structure both are perfect and can be afforded by anyone. Even if not then the college provides scholarships or even free education to deserving students. The fee structure of the college is 1,20,000 tuition fees and +5000 security which is refundable. Hotel fees are the least with 77000( including hostel room+ mess).

There are many scholarship programs and exams that occur every year for the students to grab the opportunity to make their fees low and there is no loan offered by this college.

Campus life is really good and the seniors are the best to be on this campus, they all are really awesome to be around and you would love to be around them. There are four canteens on the whole campus and you will get each and everything on the campus itself so you no need to get out of the college. There are extracurriculars vastly, it is full of any sport you can think of. The gender ratio is also pretty good I can say it's 60% boys and 40% girls. Labs are perfect, workshops happen from time to time.

This is the first mess I can say proudly that the food is good, sometimes you think and hear about the things about the mess but NIET has set up a standard for the mess food, it's really good and the hostel for first-year students is like heaven but from second year onwards you will actually feel what a hostel is. I am not saying it's bad it's just the atmosphere is like a typical hostel.

Seniors are really helpful and cooperative. It is like having your own brother or sister to them. They help you with your projects, they will make you introduce to the professors and they really feel good to be around them.

Before exams it is hectic, you will think you don't know anything but exams are pretty student-friendly. They will stick to the syllabus and your course precisely, with no syllabus questions. Labs here in this College is having one of the best infrastructures among the colleges of Greater Noida.

I got admission through counseling and the process was smooth no running here and there, and no need to take tension all the professors related to counseling sit and are the best to suggest and help you during the counseling. Some professors are like they will do it for you. That's a high level of thing professors do. The notification was there for the counseling procedure a month ago so you can take care of reservations.

The faculty members are pretty awesome and perfect. They are always ready to help you. They will always keep helping you at any instant you need their help. They are on the edge of helping you whenever you need them. They are so friendly with the students that they share contact details, make WhatsApp groups, and be available for you at night too. There are sometimes I myself have called them at night before the papers they really worked for me.
