Course Curriculum Overview
As I completed my B.Sc. degree here, I have found it offers the best experimental facility and hands-on training during practical classes. Personally, I have visited a few other universities I found it best as mentioned before. The faculty and student ratio was 1:8. I found that my all faculty are NET, Ph.D. qualified, and have experience in teaching. I exam was conducted on time and even you know the approximate date of the final exam during the middle of the semester. Our batch found that the question papers are quite difficulty those papers which was prepared by external faculty.
Fees and Financial Aid
I would fee structure was simple and asked for a minimum amount compared to what the university has offered to us. Yes, I got a UP scholarship in my 3 semesters. Campus placement is quite good as recently seen in my alumni group, 80% of students get campus placements. I would like to mention that I was the student coordinator in the batch for placement drives.
Campus Life
In simple words, It was beyond my expectations. My university organizes the YOUTH Fest and North ZONE Fest for students each year. My library has all the books required for biotech (approximately 18 subjects). My classroom was big it is a small auditorium where we study on projectors. The department organizes various conferences and campus activities where many students participate.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is clean with proper security guards. I got a big room with a proper ventilation window with two big tube lights, one big almirah, one desk, and a chair. The menu from breakfast to dinner can be customized as per student feedback as likes and dislikes at my time. Hostel registration and allotment are simple and work on the come first and get first principle.
Admission
First class BSc degree from any biological background are required. All the details regarding application form, application fees and date can be see on offical site (csjmu.ac.in). These is not any reservation policy for addition. All student get equal chance for addmission. I have found it quite easy and help and after lunchin the new site, addimission process become for easy.
