Some what good.

Yeah, they are little bad thing in my college, there is no proper washroom in the college,no projector in classroom so we buy one yourself by sharing money,no proper placement, they didn't paint the college for many years, college looks good from outside but not from inside, no proper fan facility only in few class.

I wrote CET entrance exam, My rank 44445. I chose this college because of mechatronics courses. And this is near my home.

The course mechatronics is selected by only a few students in India because no one knows about this course ,this course is the future of India because nowadays the world is running in automation machine and the mechatronics is related to automation and mainly robotics, even though currently there is no job opportunity for mechatronics in India I'm sure within 4-5 years we would have plenty of job opportunity in India.

No, our college doesn't give any internship.so I'm searching internship in many companies, still, now I didn't get any internship, because if someone wants to any MNC company he/she need someone's reference I dunno anyone who work in MNC company, so I'm thinking of paying training.

The Placement is not good in THE OXFORD COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING many companies will come for placement for the only namesake they won't select at least 10 students, the selected students are, who are University toppers and gold medalist,they won't select any average students who scored 80 and above % companies like Mahendra and other MNC company will come for placement but no one will get placed .

Each year the college will conduct ethnic day, in ethnic day we will celebrate to our heart content by wearing our traditional dresses we will be having band group for dances. Recently we did college fest for 5 days straight we enjoyed lot .it had both Onn stage and off stage event. The offstage event like . cooking without fire, rangoli, college, just a minute,tug of war, and many events, yearly they will conduct science exhibition and for the winner, they will give price money, yearly they will conduct both indoor and outdoor sports.

Fee for students who got admission through CET exam is somewhat ok that is 59,000 per year but for students who got admission through payment seats is 1,00000 per year for only one year after it will be 59000 per year we will get scholarships for backward people and for SC/ST students the college fee is just 3,000 that is very low for them, according to me this amount is feasible.

The college won't give scholarships but they will put some news regarding scholarships which government will give for backward people like SC/ST students.I didn't get ant scholarships untill now. but many of my friends got scholarships from the government.

Campus life in my college is good for me, we have canteen inside the college which is clean and hygienic .we have small garden inside our college and we have small field which is enough to play cricket,and we have many shops outside the college like fast food, juice shop,junk food, some costly restaurant,and we have Xerox shop inside our college so we don't have to go outside for xerox,we have parking facility in our college.

Hostel facilities are good in our college we have 2 hostels for boys one for junior and another one is for senior for avoiding the raging which is near our college and we have lift facility for students who are in hostel and only 4 people per room and two washroom per floor.and one big hostel for girl inside the college with gym.food in mess is somewhat good but most of the students don't like food in mess especially North Indian students don't like South Indian food.Rental :86,000 per year(include food ). But our needed stuff like mug, tub, bedsheets, the bed we have to get it ourselves.

Senior in my college are friendly most of them they helped us by giving some advice about which subject to choose (elective subject) they helped in project, they won't treat us as junior, I don't know senior in other branch but senior in my branch are really friendly,they will treat us equally in all the condition for example if any sports they won't put only senior to play they will ask us also to play .yes they are helpful.

As usual as other colleges, we will have 3 internals for theory and one internals for lab, 1 internals will be done within cycle of one month,the internal will be for 40 marks and they will make it for 20 marks as per VTU they will choose 2 best of 3 internals and at the end of the semester we will have our semester exam for at least 20 days .they will train us for final exam by giving some extra class test.

First I wrote my CET exam after my results came .I went to malleshwaram for my documents verification later they said to apply for college through online process after my verification is done few days later I applied to certain college through online (Karnataka exam board website) first I gave preference to the Oxford college of engineering,my second prefence was the achariya institute because only this two college have mechatronics courses in Bangalore,later I selected in the Oxford college of engineering,for admission I had to give them 2 DD's one is 12,500 and another one is college fee 59,000 (in DD).and few photos of myn and my TC ,MARKS CARD,and other things which would be needed for admission.

Teacher in 'The Oxford college of engineering' are really good they are experienced, teacher ,they are friendly towards students,they will clarify our doubts whenever we ask them most of the doubt will be clarified in the class hour itself even we can call them if we have any doubt any time,they are good teacher.
