- The Constructions work of the college as its old college and renovating some times sucks.
- The Travel time to college is disadvantage for the dayscholars as the college is at outskirts of the city
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the Engineering because I wanted to be. I opted Industrail Engineering so It's the future of the Country. There are around 300 Faculty in the college and nearly 3000 Students it's 1:10 Minimum qualifications for Faculty is Masters and majority are holding PHD in doffrent sectors . The training method is in such a way that they adopt to the technology soon. The exams are kept often monthly once CIE and 5 months once SEE the difficulty level of exam I would scale 6 most people study and pass exams as the college is top majority people are toppers .
Placement Experience
From 3rd sem people are eligible for placements . Highest package is 64 LPA in Hand in department like ECE And ISE . The avg package us 10-15 Lakh for the mid branches and the Mechanical and Civil have 7 to 8 LPA. Multiple companies visit like Toyota , SAKS , SHOBHA , L&T, Infosys ,Microsoft etc... 89% Gets Placed and 10% go to Higher studies. My plans are to write public service examinations .
Fees and Financial Aid
1st year it's around 1.2 lakh Second it's 1.3 lakh and Continues the same till 4th year . And within 5.5 lakh an student via CET can finish his studied if it's NRI the price is but High and Management is something 10 lakh per year avg for IT branches and 5 lakh for non IT Branches . SSP post matric scholarship is given in college via government of Karnataka if their income is below 2.5lakh and have category reservations students are eligible to take the scholarship and there are companies like Boeing, Toyota Toyota sponsor corporate sponsorship for the students who study well.
Campus Life
There are 2 major fests conducted in college. 8th Mile which is a very huge fest near by banglore and another one is Esummit which is conducted by the E cell of college both the fests are conducted between the month of February to June varies yearly. All type of engineering and journals are available in college each branch have libraries along that there is a huge 3 stored building for library and e resources. Smart board , good ventilation and Light facilities are available some labs have HVAC system. All type of sports facility is there Basketball ,football , cricket etc.... There are lot of clubs in college CARV , Raag , ashwa , Antriskh etc.. all have doffrent roles and can check their insta page .
Admission
The Eligiblity was depended on the cutoff bases as RV College of Engineering is the top College of Bengaluru . It has its own cutoff and values it is decided by the College. Eligibility will be either Diploma Lateral entry else KCET. KEA website which conducts the CET exam will give everything. There won't be any fees deduction in reservation but definitely you will be alloted the seat if your category seat is there . The fees is paid in two doffrent phases one in College and one to KEA they should make such a way they have to arrange us to pay together at same place .
