A must- have experience

I have completed my first year of b.com. As of now, I find this institution very good. Both, the staffs as well as the management, take immense efforts to make the journey of us, a very great one. The management also takes sincere efforts in bringing great personalities, who undertake different profession, to enumerate us. I would also like to thank the teaching faculty for their efforts in bringing up laurels to the institution.

The admission to this institution is very easy. All you need is your higher secondary exam marks and some documents (like, transfer certificate, community certificate etc.) to get a admission in this institution. There are NO separate tests that a candidate has to undertake to get a admission.

The institution is affiliated with 'THE MADRAS UNIVERSITY, TAMIL NADU'. Thus, the curriculum is based on the suggestions of the university. The curriculum is properly constructed to give a proper outlook of the current scenario, which makes sure to enrich both the practical and theoretical knowledge of the students.

As the college doesn't have any course, which requires an internship training, the college doesn't provide any internship training to the students.

College as a good track record of placing students in leading companies around the year. The College successfully place more students in various leading companies like TCS, HCL Tech, Mahindra, TVS group etc. College takes immense care in making sure that the students who have passed out of the institution, have been placed in a good firm.

The college provides it's students many opportunities to showcase their talents. One among them is the extra curricular activities. The college conducts many activities round the year. The college also conducts many department festivals, where the students from individual department get to portray their talents.

The college fees are paid twice a year, before the next semester starts. The fees that are charged are very nominal. The management takes into the economic conditions of the students and charges a very less amount as fees from the students. Therefore, there is no burden on the parents.

The college takes every step to Cater to the needs of the students who came from the lower class. The institution even provides 100% fee waiver for some students who belong to the lower classes. There's also merit-based scholarships which student can earn by securing 50 or more percentage of marks in the semester exams.

First of all, the colleges has a good gender ratio. Equal preferences are given to the students and no gender discrimination is seen to be in the college admission procdure, as students are admitted into the institution on merit basis only. The College is equipped with computer labs which have state of the art Technology. College even boasts a great library which comprises of 10,000+ books which cater to the needs of the students. The students don't get to face any discrimination based on the age, race, caste, sex, etc. Each student is given many opportunities to prove himself. The students are even taught the Indian culture, which boosts their moral being. The college even has a CA coaching classes to which the student can enroll.

The college doesn't have a hostel facility to the meet out to the needs of the students. But, the college has a mess to meet the needs of the students as well as the staffs. The college canteen serves breakfast, lunch and even snacks to the students and to the staffs as well. The college even has a AAVIN parlor with a in-built Xerox facility.

Yes, the senior students are very helpful to the present students of the institution. Students, who pass out of the college, are registered for the alumni association. The senior students can be also seen in all the institution's functions that Happen round the year.

The college is affiliated to the Madras University, Tamilnadu. the college exams are of a semester pattern. each course has been divided into different semester and the students have to pass a semester to get into another. The exams are given on a semester basis and the exams usually take place in the month of November and april respectively.

Before the announcement of the 12th grade examination results, the college starts giving away the admission forms. After the publication of the higher secondary exam results, the college collects back the admission form which are duly filled and then submitted back to the authorities. Then, the students are called for a casual interview, according to the merit basis the admission process in this college is PURELY on merit basis only.

The faculty of the college take great care in imparting skills and knowledge to the students. The staffs don't get tired to the students doubts. They work for the betterment of the students. The management makes sure that only qualified staffs teach their students. The teachers are also selected on their MERIT basis only.
