Good highlights teachers are highly Qualified & experienced they focus mainly on the research works the campus is very good bad Highlight there was no geyser in the hostels in winter, it is very cold.

UPSEE -2007. I have given IITJEE, AIEEE & UPSEE in 2007 in UPSEE I got the rank 1661 in General Category in OBC category, my rank was 389. I am interested in Computer Science & Engineering only i was allotted the Third choice my choices are, HBTI, Kanpur, IET, Lucknow, MMMEC-Gorakhpur.

My college is government aided most of the faculties are very good their main focus is on research work for e.g. in our final year, all the students are required to do some project work all the students have to engage in research type activities & not just cut-copy-paste.

Internship is not provided by the college after 3rd year, we ourselves, have to do industrial training for 2 months & later gave a presentation in the college for the same.

In Our final year Jan-2011 TCS, Wipro & Techmahindra came for placement the first one is TCS, which has taken around 80 students second wipro- around 40 students third techmahindra 20 around.

Alumani meet usually held in november a college level event as our college is very old many of our alumnus are at very good position in MNCs & in govt tech Srijan in Feb a technical festiva participent from other engineering colleges also participate abhivyakti in March annual cultural festival.

Hostel are in good condition rooms are shared between 2 or 3 students there are 5 boys hostel & 1 girls hostel hostel fee is INR 6000 per semester while food charges is 9000 Per semester food is just fine, not so good, but manageable.

I didnt avail any loan or scholarship but many of my batch-mates avail scholarships which is given by the govt in the scholarship, the tuition fee is waived off.

In UP, 20 % of seats are reserved for girls so there are around 20-25% girls in our college the campus is around 330 acres with lush green forest our hostel is around one km from the class place (within the campus). There are lot of extracurricular activities an yearly magazine is published by our college a sports festival is also held in Feb in which many events are organized lab are of good quality almost all of the practicals we have to perform there competition is also very high in techsrijan (our annual cultural festival) an event named ROBOTRIX is held in which the students(mostly 1st and 2nd year) are encouraged to participate.

The seniors are very good i have lot of information from my seniors regarding GATE, PSUs and all career & job related things now also, I am well connected with my seniors IN bangalore, we organize an alumni meet every year all the alumnus who are in bangalore take part in that.
