The college management is very disciplined for the most cases and issues of the students and provides proper solutions to the demands of the student.

I took JEE Mains and advanced but my marks were not great. Then through UPSEE exam and counseling, I chose this college as it is in my hometown.

The course structure is not good. In fact, it is an old one(ancient) which is not practical in today's world. There is literally no focus on any practical research activity and therefore the AKTU is infamous for its curriculum because it does not focus on skill development and instead focus on mugging up.

Yes the college partners with some companies like TCS and conduct an exam for getting the internship and those who bag it get an internship of around INR 5000-6000. But the college itself does not volunteer to provide the students with an internship in the campus itself. So, getting the internship from college is nearly not possible.

The placements and job opportunities are strictly average here or I can say horrible, so don't hope for a good job from here. You will have to work hard and get a job yourself. The college has no interest in placing the students. It does not even focus on calling the companies.

Our college has two annual fests, one is technical and other is cultural. The technical fest is Gantavya and it is conducted in November and participants from various colleges come. The cultural fest is Abhivyakti and it has various entertaining activities and it is conducted in the month of February.

The fee structure is very expensive for a middle-class student.

The college does not offer any scholarship on its level not even for meritorious students. The only scholarship that can be availed is from the UP government for students from families having an annual income less than or equal to INR 2 lakhs.

The campus life is like that of a school. So you can imagine the poor campus life here. The gender ratio is fairly equal in most branches or courses except for some branches. The tolerance, diversity, and every social equality is present here. There is no discrimination on the basis of race, religion, caste.

The hostels are poor and the rooms and food are very bad. The hostels charge a fee of approx INR 60000 and are definitely not worth the fees they charge. The hostelers always complain about bad rooms and food quality of the hostels which indicates the poor conditions of the hostel.

The seniors are very much helpful throughout the college term. The alumni network is also strong here and college held alumni meet regularly so that the current students can derive some sort of inspiration from the successful passes out, students.

The exams are conducted regularly and in a very disciplined manner. The college quizzes completely prepare us for external exams. The labs are regularly conducted and in a precise manner. But too many exams sometimes put an immense amount of pressure and with the weight of exams, assignments, projects we cannot focus on any kind of skill.

I gave UPSEE exam and got 300 marks in it which were very less to get a govt. college. So after the result declaration, I took part in the counselling and filled choice of this college only since it was in my hometown and got this college in 1st round only.

The faculty is good in the case of my department i.e. Computer Science and Engineering. There are teachers which are very well qualified and experienced. Also in other branches too the faculty is good as I have friends from other branches and they tell about their faculty.
