Good- campus life, canteen food, recreation for students, faculty, library Bad parking facility, hostel mess food, transportation might be a problem for some Overall the college is not 10/10 but I could give 8 or 7½
Entrance Preview
As all did even I opted through KCET. I was ranked around 21000 in the engineering stream. I opted for this college as I was very familiar with the college because it is near my home.
Course Curriculum Overview
Coming to the course I would say it's not the best but it's better than other colleges out there. The lecturers are the source of knowledge and are always there for students who need help in academics. They are quite experienced. Engineering course is not that easy to excel as it requires some extraordinary skills to be a part of this competitive world.
Internships Opportunities
No, the college is purely for educative purpose and doesn't provide internships but they encourage the students to take internship by organizing many internship programmes.
Placement Experience
Placement is on an average level. previous year among the 180 students of computer science stream almost 110 got placed into different companies. The college has a placement committee which handles all queries related to the placements and job opportunities
College Events
Our college has the fests like in all other colleges. An annual fest called 'Aakriti' is celebrated in a grand fashion which consists of a number of interdepartmental competition which helps students as a recreation. A department fest is also organized by the students of each department in which the students of respective branches compete among themselves.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees the most important one for the parents. From my experience, I would say this college is way feasible than many colleges in our locality. The annual fee is around 25000 for engineering students. There are no additional fees the 25k includes everything. So the college is not that expensive as looks very fancy.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college is not an aided institute so it doesn't provide any kind loan or scholarship facility!!.. but the college helps the students with the procedure to avail for the government scholarships.
Campus Life
It has a very sophisticated campus. Ragging is highly prohibited and students who are caught ragging are suspended on spot. Coming to the gender ratio it's 8 girls for 10 boys. There is sports auditorium which provides students with all sports equipment and it has the huge playground to move around. Labs are well equipped with modern day equipment.
Alumni/Alumna
Yeah, the seniors are the best companions when it comes to college unity and our seniors are one of the best.
Exam Structure
Exams are always considered as stressful for Students but on the general basis it was quite chilled like the theory examinations were in the afternoon (2 pm to 5 pm) and the labs had the afternoon sessions (1.30pm to 4pm). Exams were conducted in a very sophisticated manner no encouragement of malpractice and stuff. Overall I would give 3½ stars to this category
Admission
As I have mentioned above I got admitted through kcet examination.coming to the procedure of admission was quite easy there was no hassle of meeting many people for admission.I just had to submit the admission order to the administration and paid the fees and that's it you are done
Faculty
The faculty of our college is one of the best ones as they are very humble to every student. The lectures given by them are quite understandable and can be easily grasped by an average student. They are available 24x7 for students and help out the students who are in need.
