Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is based on the latest talks and trends. It is updated atleast once in 2 years of not every year. All of the faculty I've come across are PhD holders so there is no question of them being underqualified. Although it's upto the students to decide how they will respond to their teaching as it is quite different from school or coaching
Internships Opportunities
Our college offers internships after every year in the break time Morris garages, Toyota and Mercedes Benz have partnered with our college to provide internship. All the students have to apply for these internships and it's a big positive in our resumè and also allows us to gain work experience.
Placement Experience
Among the colleges you can apply to through CET or ComedK, our college has THE best placements. Our highest package this year was 92LPA and the average package in the CS branch is around 18 to 24LPA. Many large companies like airbus, Infosys etc regularly visit our campus and offer lucrative offers
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is based on the guidelines and norms set by KEA for CET students. Students from the KEA quota have to pay 96,000 every year along with a deposit of 20,000 during admission as "skill labs fees." ComedK students too have their fixed fees at around 2.5 to 2.7 lakhs per annum. There is no room for fee hike unless it is decided by the govt, which is a very unlikely scenario. Management fees in our college is very high and the seats fill up very fast. If you are looking for a management seat then it is wise to contact the administration at the earliest as last minute seat allocation costs multiple times than initial seat costs.
Campus Life
RVCE hosts one of the biggest fests in Bangalore and it is a blast. Fun is guaranteed only during fests as academics are quite stressful at times. The library is also fairly large and has a decent collection of books. Our college boasts some of the best club structures with multiple clubs active in various fields. Sports, cultural and technical clubs are very professional and have won multiple laurels. Although the competition is tough, clubs do recruit a sizeable number of people.
Admission
Admission is through CET so they'll make u run around a little bit. ComedK is much less of a hassle when it comes to admission. Cutoffs are quite high with CS courses often seeing triple digit cutoffs. Other courses aren't far behind as the cutoffs in this college are much higher compared to the rest of the colleges you can apply through these exams.
