Overall review of vvp engineering college

Overall this a good college if you want to study and make yourselves a good career. Management is pretty good, every staff member is supportive.

Well it's a combination of two exams 1. State/Central board exams 2. IIT JEE 60-70% of board exams and remaining of IIT JEE I OPT for this particular college because it is one of the finest colleges in Gujarat and best in saurashtra region

This institute offers 9 engineering courses to choose from . Out of which 2 courses are exclusive and offered only in this college . You can get plenty of theoretical and practical knowledge in here . Focus on Research was pretty less when I joined the college in 2015 , but now since last 1.5 years they are giving more attention to research .

No this institute does not provide any intership , but yeah it will help you to find internship with pretty high end companies , this institute do have a thing called industry visit , where students visit factory and see the real life situation .

As far as the placement is concerned , this institute will do it's very best to get you palced in a company and see to it that you earn a decent amount of money . Pretty high end companies like Reliance industries Pvt LTD , buyj's , essar industry , and many more industries come in here to recruit students who go as high as 600k-800k a year .

There are almost 5-6 events a year , all of them last for 1-2 days and celebration is at it's highest , everyone enjoys , there's food everywhere , dancing competition , singing competition , farwell parties . It also helds a techincal event which lasts for 2 days , where students come in huge numbers . Most likely to range in 7k to 8k

It is very feasible also for a middle class family , this institute does provide scholarships based on your marks , fee structure they provide is for a year but you have to pay half of the Fees every semester , you have to extra for the library facility , it's more of a deposit , you get back your library fees at the end of your study

Scholarships is given to a student based on marks obtained by him/her in the semester exams . But for that you have to open an savings account in the bank which is in the college and your scholarship is directly credited into you account and you can withdraw it anytime you want .

Campus life is pretty peaceful here. It is a zero ragging institute. The gender ratio is 1-0.6 in favor of boys, but this does not mean that girls here are not good, some of them are pretty good in extracurricular activities and studies. There are people from almost 5-6 countries in this college. They focus very much on extracurricular activities and labs and sports facilities are pretty good in here. Healthy competition is held 2-3 times a semester

Thai Institute does not have hostel or mess facilities, but it does have the tie-up with some hostels and transportation facilities is also provide I'd you want to avail it. There is canteen in college where you can get almost any fast food and healthy food also

Senior is very helpful and you will never see a senior abusing a junior student, they are always supportive and will help you in all the ways possible. They will guide you through your projects help you during events.

The exam is conducted by Central University to which our college is connected. On exam days, days are very hectic but other than that you can chill out and concentrate on your study. Lab are pretty good and equipped with machine and technology which is useful in gaining practical knowledge which is very important when you are working in companies

You have to firstly Register yourself in the ACPC portal upload your marks and then select the colleges and course you have in your mind to go in all over Gujarat . ACPC will give you the list of colleges your are capable to enter according to your marks and you have to choose between the colleges . After you select the college , you are to pay some amount of the college fee through an online portal to register yourself and addmission is confirmed . If you want to change your college , you can participate in another round held by ACPC . After your registration you have to go to college and fill out the form and pay your semester fees and study.

Every faculty teaching here is either having a Master degree or he/she is a Ph.D. holder. Teaching standard is pretty high in here. No rash behavior is tolerated in here. And most of all it is an institute with zero ragging complains. Every course you select has a specific branch and each branch has labs and everything a student needs to understand a particular subject. Teaching and non-teaching staff is very supportive in this institute.
