The management simply sucks, there are officials who are completely unaware of what's happening and what can be done to solve a grievance. Though there are 3-4 officials who are great in their work and can help you out.

I took LUCMAT (which is actually very simple) when got enrolled in the university. I was looking for good college in Lucknow, and what better than the University of Lucknow.

The course like almost covers the entire genre of subjects that you need to know. Subjects related to business, management, trade, communication, strategy, maths, research, marketing, operations, e-commerce etc all will be dealt with.

Let me be honest, No internship in the university. Although during the induction I was told that there would be internship in the 3rd year but sadly there was no such thing. In fact this concept is not available in the entire university I suppose.

You won't get great MNC's. Mostly local companies are there, and that too a job fair is organized. There is no such official placement happening in here. Companies like SBI CREDIT CARD, Vodafone, Haldiram, etc are available there, and they even don't offer a decent package. Expect around 10-13K per month if you are lucky enough to get selected by any of the companies.

Annual fest Kaleidoscope is organised annually.. it's a good event, includes Group Discussion, acting, modelling, photography, debates, essay writing, writing completion etc.. There are a lot of other events that students can participate in that are being organised by other colleges. You will always be welcomed there. Try and be friends with your senior they will help you out in that.

See for the placements concerned, I feel that the fees structure is a bit high, for each semester you'll have to pay 30,000 and in all, there are 6 semesters so in totality you'll pay 1,80,000. And in case you, not a local individual you add another lakh for your lodging and fooding.

Yes, incase you are financially sound, you can file for scholarship with income certificate, and the fees is credited back to your account within 2-3 months after submitting your fees. And yes some of my friends have applied for education loan, so yeah that is even possible.

Some Men are bit Rowdy so beware of that. Things do get messed up at times so you better stay away when that happens. There is a computer lab that you can use, the systems are fine and the lab is the only place where you'll find air conditioners. The classes are well lit, ventilated and big enough to hold around 60 students. There is a big play ground on the campus and even a tennis court.

The hostel is only provided for the 1 year students after that you'll have to arrange yourself for a place to stay. I have heard that they do serve good meal. But I am not entirely sure. The hostel is very close the building where the classes will be held. There are separate boys and girls hostels. Rooms are average and the rent when I got enrolled was 30000 per semester.

Yea Obviously, Seniors are always helpful. Ask them anything that you want to know and they will help you.

Exam for Even semesters will be conducted in May and for odd semesters it will be in December. There will also be a Mid-Sem in every semester 1-2 months prior to the main semester examination. This mid sem will be of 15 marks. And for the question paper concerned, 10 short question 3×10=30 4 Long questions 4×10=40 So 70 marks is exam based and the rest 30 is internal, based on your assignment, Mid-Sem and attendance combined.

1. Lucmat exam 2. You get your score and rank accordingly. 3. According to your rank you'll be provided with a time slot for counselling. 4. Depending upon the seat availability, you have to decide which course you have to take, 5. Documents verification 6. Submit the fees demand draft 7. Congrats you are enrolled.

See to be very honest the faculty is amazing. There are good and knowledgeable teachers present who do have great teaching skills and are very nice to students. Your problems will be answered, doubts cleared. Teachers will take classes and attendance is taken seriously. 3 classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday And the other 3 on Thursday Friday and Saturday. You'll have to prepare an assignment for each subject in every semester mostly on A4 sheets approx 10-15 pages.
