I choose this course because I am intersted in Compute science and There are also many opportunities in this course.Facultuy student ratio varies from 1:8 to 1:12 approximately.The teachers are highily qualified.It is difficult to cope up academically considering the competiotion.

IIT GOA provides various internship oppertunities for its students through placement cell.It is provided in a wide range of colaborations with industries and companies.Alumni network also helps alot in this.

I think in 7th semester the students become eligible for campus placements.almost all of the students get placed like 97-98 percent.highest package would be like 60lpa and averagr around 15-20 lpa.I plan to get a job and start working after gettion degree

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is like we have a course fee of 1 lakh every semester.other than that the hostel,mess and others make 35 k.so,finally per semester fee is about 1,35,000.but ,for the studnts prevailing Admission in reservation category they bgive remisson for course fees .

Campus Life

Ther are cultural and technical fests every yeay.Life at IIT is good.we dont have a permanant campus,so we have less facilities compared to other IITs.But we are living well.It would ahve been good if we got our own campus.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is very good.Hostel is the only thing our college administration owns,rthats why It is built satisfactory.Food is also goodRegistration foe hostel is made during course registration itself.

Hostel Fee: INR 20000 per year

Admission

The eligibility criteria usually include passing the 10+2 equivalent examination with minimum marks as well as jee main exam. application for the JEE Advanced and application dates can be found on the official website of the exam .fee may vary foe different categories of candidates. Reservation benifits are provided for SC,ST,OBC,and EWS as per government of india norms and Details are available on the information brochure. Cutof also varies for different categorires of students.sc,st students get most benefit.

An inside information about the college aspirants think of, BITS Goa

Placement Experience:

The student is eligible for campus placement since 7th semester. The companies that visit the campus are Google, Samsung, Meta, Apple, Nvidia, IBM, Mercedes Benz and many more. The percentage of placement is around 84%. My plan after getting the degree is higher studies

BITS Pilani, Goa Campus- A road to an interesting life.

Placement Experience:

Students can start sitting in placements from the start of 4th year , when the Placement Division starts bringing companies to the campus. The average package for CS is around 20-26 LPA, for Electrical branches it's around 18-24 LPA and for Mechanical and Chemical it is around 13-16 LPA. These figures would've changed though from the last time I saw. Around 85-90% of the students get placed usually. Top notch companies like Google, Microsoft , DE Shaw, Arcesium Cohesity Rubrick recruit students every year for the tech roles and other prominent companies like Flipkart, Sprinkle, Intuiut and Coin Switch come for managerial roles as well. There is even a chance of getting a PPO through Summer Internship Program which kikstarts in the 3rd year where students compete to get internship in these top companies. Overall , BITS Goa has impeccable placement statistics

BITS Pilani unfiltered: A deep dive into the campus.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible to college placements from 7th semester More than 300 companies visit every year which include MNCs, startups, spread over all major domains like IT, Electronics, consulting, finance, core, product management etc The highest package varies every year but the average stands at around 18-20lpa. more than 90% of the students get placed every year. i plan to build my career in ET industry after my degree.

Bits Goa good or not

Placement Experience:

There is a dept for placements. 70 to 80 percent people get placed woth average package of 20 lakhs per annum. Mostly ot depends on interviews and how good internship you get in 3rd year. Cg plays a very imp role too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I myself wanted to bebin this course as it has bright scope. It is very attractive in real world. the area needed to be cleaned and well maintained and hygiened as well. And the class timing are not good enough . They keep classes as they want.

Placement Experience:

I have no clue but the highest placements are in Computer and IT branches. Civil has probably the least placement. The quality is good thanks to IIT and NIT being in the same campus thus the big companies that come to those colleges also come to our colleges but they prefer those students more because NIT and IIT are more prestigious colleges.

Trusted experience of Iit goa

Many students has the doubt of selecting best branch or college, I would say going for the branch yeah it's true that high collages have high placements but it's doesn't guarantee uhhh to get a job uhh must have the best knowledge so gain the best knowledge is best course instead of low branch and then doing other courses. Completing engineering from IIT is like a dream come true for every engineering student. IITs not only provide good placement but learning and the exposure and opportunities that we get is unimaginable. I also wanted to be part of IIT and I really worked hard for the GATE exam but frankly speaking, I am an average student and my GATE score was between 755 to 860 according to me ad my preference is IIT Goa was the best option. To be part of IIT Goa I need to clear the GATE exam that I did and I should have a minimum of 55% marks. My academic qualification was according to IIT Goa.
