Overall Good College

College is overall Good. No doubt It has some problems, But still, It is quite good if we compare it with other colleges of North region.

Actually, No Entrance examination Was taken by them, and i had got admission on the basis of merit. In last qualifying exam, i had 89% marks so i had got direct admission.

This college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University. I don't like the course curriculum because courses are outdated. If we talk about mba course it is also 8-9 years old And no changes are done in it. However, most of the other universities courses are modern industry oriented.

Yes, College does provide imternship opportunities . Many mediocor companies and various startups came recently who selected students for the internships. Like Reliance mutual funds. Stipend depends on company to company. and most importantly on The performance of the candidates in that company. However, Generaly Stipend ranges from 5k to 10k.

Placement and job opportunities in this college are quite good. But Mostly the companies come here are from IT sector. And if we talk about MBA course, Most of the companies come are from Marketing Field. Means fewer companies come for Finance and Human resource HR field. Many companies like NIT, Flipkart, Reliance mutual funds, ICICI prudential etc. visited here. And have offered different packages. max. Upto range of 5 to 8 lakhs.

College is very Much ahead in celebrating festivals , and cultural events. There are 2 main Events or fest are celebrated by the college. First Carbuncle. It is just for freshers and the time of the beginning of the new session. in which various students participate in various activities. It lasts for 2 days.1 day for a star or any singer. Secondly , Their is a Fest called MAESTROS. It is organised at a very big level. Students from various other colleges also participates like Delhi NCR , chandigarh area Colleges. This fest Lasts for 3 days. 1 extra day for Star or celebrity who come evrry year based on students demand.

Fee Structure is Very feasible. It is not very expensive. In whole north region , This college is having reasonable fee structure if we compare it to other Private colleges. In this college you can do mba in just 3-4 lakhs as compared to other colleges where fees package goes very high around 10 to 12 lakhs.

I havent actually availed any scholarship or Loan facilty as such. But I know that there is some provision about that. Many students who come from Nepal or Jammu and kashmir their governments provide them Scholarships So college does honor this and give admission to these students also. Also students can avail loan frim various banks to continue studies.

Alumni do visit college regularly. In orientation programmes also college invited them and they shared their experiences. Secondly, There is a proper alumni meet which is organized at regular intervals

I came to know about college by an even organised by them every year namely Pratibha Samman samaroh where they Honor meritorious students and offers free education in their institute. Then i approached the college, Filled the admission form , It took around half an hour. And admisson process was done.

Faculties are well Qualified. Every faculty is at least Assistant Professor post. There are some senior Faculties and HOD's of every department Having very excellent knowledge of not only subjects but about everything. Mostly tea hers use various teaching methods like They uses projectors or ppts to explain the various concepts.
