Course Curriculum Overview
You can choose your course according to your interest. Iam interested in the field of innovation and development so I choosed computer science. Faculty will be two types. Ones who re determined to make students understand and the other side of the coin. All faculty are well qualified in their respective subjects.
Internships Opportunities
Interships for students at Vasavi is good. The companies such as providence and visa and silicon labs pick students from 2nd and 3rd years. Later with the performance they make it permanent. Companies such as visa offer internship stipend as 90000/- rupees. Service now offered 45000/- . Students get roles such as SDE(software development engineer).
Placement Experience
From the end of third year that is 6th semester, students will be eligible for placements. However companies start visiting the college from when you are studying in 2nd year. Companies such as providence, visa, Amazon, Cisco, and more take students for internship. ECE students get offers from silicon labs and more.
Fees and Financial Aid
The hike in fee from year to year varies or increases with less slope. The fee which you pay at the start of the course or in first year is the fee you pay throughout the course. Scholarship is provided by the government according to the category and the rank. Rank below 10000 and backward caste gets a 100% reimbursement.
Campus Life
Annual fests in Vasavi college of engineering is of less preference. They focus much only on the curriculum and not on sports or either of extra curricular activities. Amenities in class room are basic needs. Sportsmen got so much less space to play in. Social groups such as mun, theme ballet, writing clubs and more exist.
Admission
Admission for Vasavi can be through ts eamcet or through b category jee mains. Reimbursement will be provided to those who got the rank below 10000 in ts eamcet exam. Verified with the financial conditions of the family, college will also provide financial assistance
