Likes
- Cultures and such culture activity. EX. Every member of staff, Faculty and student have to stand up at any place when prayer is going on in the morning. so college is more culture valuable
- such faculty are friendly we can share our problems with them.
- they are providing scholarships. so it is very useful for students.
Dislikes
- There is lack of cafeteria. it is not good even foods are very less and quality is also bad.
- No freedom on usage of mobile in campus, it is required now a days in modern 21st century. In this AI era. lack of internet speed, sometimes even personal network also not working.
- Exam schedule is so bad as per student side, they are bored in each year there is no vacation like in 4 years no vacation, no trip. like a boring campus life...
Course Curriculum Overview
As this college follows GTU curriculum, as per my review the worst thing that to take admission in GTU. because there is no proper planning about course. exam and resut declaring all the process are very bad. In VVP all the staff follows only course curriculum, they are not thinking out of education. they are less supportive.
Placement Experience
Perticular talking about CSE, student have offered JOB in 6th/7th sem. there is average package 4.5 LPA. there is 20+ companies offering job every year. overall 60% student getting jobs by collage and other are planning for higher studies as well as self business. usually if talking about roles almost companies offering Web development and Java,Sql developer. again there is lack of opportunities for AI/ML. Personality i am enthusiast about ML. so found less of opportunities. so i am preparing for higher study.
Fees and Financial Aid
If I am talking about fees, ?46500 per sem or (93000 per year) they are charged. fees may be high as per they are giving services. but personally talking about scholarships, they are giving good scholarships if you are topper in the semester examination. Toper(1st rank) student are awarded by ?25000 per sem. I also got benefits as i was topper. so this is plus points student have encouraged by this scholarships.Many students get huge benefit from this. also at the end of the course(total 8 sem completion) they are giving another best prize for overall topper (out of 8 sem). also there is scholarships for laptop for each student once in their course duration, student are get scholarship of ?7500 for their laptop. I like this strategy by college to encourage students.
Campus Life
Very interesting topic to discuss about VVP campus life. As all the truth i will not speak lie about VVP, unfortunately there is no special experience i did faced! yes, in college there is no support for any events,clud,and even not for sports activity. In college there is very less equipment and they are not allowing to use it. they are not supportive at all. staff are more focusing on only study, bitter truth ????????. If talking about functon, yah there is Annual function every year in feb-march month and there is Rasostav in the festival of Navratri.
Admission
Mainly admission process has been done by ACPC rank through, and now a days getting admission is very easy as no. of sits increased. total CE/IT sits 300. Cut-off is also very low, easily you can crack it. so i don't think there is hard to take admission. but i personally suggest you have a better option than this college. Mainly this college follows GTU (Gujarat Technological University). so all the exams will taken by GTU.
Interview Experience
As per my time(2020) there was only one method to take admission and it was by ACPC rank. but right now may be there are on campus admission process to take admission without good rank. Mainly to take admission your 12th mark + Gujcet mark are enough to take admission.
