Course Curriculum Overview
The course feel a bit fast in the starting , it will take some time for you to make pace with the course, the curriculum is good, there are many events and festivals which are important in every once college life , the faculty is also good.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities are very good, the college has many tie-ups with many companies. And at time when you require internship, college will give you a letter which will be helping you in getting internship opportunities in well developed companies. And a good internship will help you in getting good placement, their is summer gap in aur college in which you can do internships. For your resume building.
Placement Experience
As it's a NIT, there are very good campus placement, with the average package of Core to be Rs 800000. And the Avg. Package of not core is around Ra16 lacks . The highest package which only 2 or 3 Students achive is 55 lacks every year. The placements are very nice.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is pretty basic, the tution fee for a General candidate is near about 70000, then some extra fee of is added to the tution fees, like library, etc. The final amount comes up to be a little over 75000 per semester . Now as I'm a SC candidate, my tution fee is covered by government, soo my tution fee is only around 8000 per semester. Which is big relief. There are many scholarships program available, some require aptitude test, and interview. But the Scholarship student receive are pretty good, which helps a lot. The fees hicks are not soo much as it's a central institution.
Campus Life
The campus life is pretty basic, but good fests and events, keeps happening regularly. There are soo many clubs which will help you grow your physical, mentally , and social lifestyle, there is no lack of facilities and technologies in NIT. All the clubs cover every aspect of life. And most of the clubs are run and operated by students which is a good thing. The infrastructure is very good there are many labs , and will qualified faculty, which helps a lot.
Admission
The entrance exam is Jee mains for admission in NIT raipur. Admission process started with josaa counciling, then when you have been allocated a college you have to pay a fee in josaa , and after that you have a physical reporting in the college , all the required documents are verified and the admission process , is mostly done. Then your institute fees will be paid. And the fees you paid in josaa will be deducted from the institute tution fees. Now as I'm a SC candidate my tution fee is covered by government , soo I had to pay only Rs 8000. The process was not at all difficult.
