Course Curriculum Overview
It's very relevant to the time. The practicality of the courses really helps the students to learn quickly and perform in a good manner. The machines that we learn about in the college are the same machines used in the production sector. So the real world application of these courses are very real.
Internships Opportunities
You are offered to train for internships since the time you enter the college. The college also provides aid with Internships especially in 3rd year and 4th year. The seniors provide guidance to the freshiees about the Internships and interviews. I'm only in the 1st year so I don't know much about the Internships provided in the collegs
Placement Experience
The campus placements are held for the 4th year students in Btech. The placements in my college are very good. The highest Package last year in campus placements was 45 LPA and the total average package was around 9LPA
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fee structure is available on the NITRR website. The total fees of the BTech course is around 5.5Lakh and my opinion is that compared to other college's BTech fees, this is very cost friendly .
Campus Life
The campus is extremely wide. There's a huge number of labs, And a huger number of equipments for learning. There are many clubs and committees that host a multitude of events through the year. You can experience a big fest almost every month. The sports sector is a backdrop in this college. There exists courts and grounds for many sports but the availability of balls and other sport necessities is not a speciality. They need to be cycled in more over the year.
Admission
I got the college seat from JoSAA counselling. You can use this service after clearing JEE Mains, that's what I did. The admission Form can be found on the NITRR website which you need to fill and take to the college on the date given to you by the counselling website. The admission process is long but I suppose that's the case with any college. It's a good thing that the process is simple and the provide all the info about the documents you need so I give a 4/5 on that.The difficulty level for clearing jee mains is not that hard but for obtaining good college and good courses, it's very hard.
