Course Curriculum Overview
I'm currently pursuing B.TECH in Information Technology it is purely a very good course if you really like computers, coding, programming. The curriculum of this course is like connecting to the world, new people as it is purely for people who wants to pursue corporate jobs . The course is of 4 years.
Placement Experience
Campus placement are very good here. Students are eligible for campus placement in their 6th or 6th semester. The highest package that I have heard of is 55 lakh per annum from Adobe company. From last year data about 92% students got placements from IT crowd.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fees is really affordable 1.41 lakhs (1st year) and if you have reservations the amount is less for OBC, SC,ST and EWS categories. There are numerous scholarships that you can apply for. There are numerous opportunities for campus placement and for internships. Students get internship stipends.
Campus Life
There are a lot of fests happen here. One of them is AAVARTAN it is the technical fest where we get to know about science and technology. Other one is E-summit where entrepreneurship is apex. Many businesses came and showed their performances in the industry. Then comes our Sports fest SAMAR it is for about 4 days where Inter College matches and inter branch matches were played, alumini are invited.
Admission
eligibility of the courses goes like if you have passed class 12th and opted science (maths) you the you are eligible. You can appear for jee advance exam 2 time only. Application for JEE Mains is given in JEE Mains NTA site, you can go and check there. There are a lot of reservation benifits for girls, specially abled students and for economically weaker sections in the cut off of the exam. JEE Mains mainly occurs 2 times(attempts) in a year. You can prepare for it as it is purely based on NCERT and some advanced question. Once your cut off clears smoothly then the admission process is easy.
