A journey worth sharing

College management is not that bad but they don't do and don't provide all facilities which they can and the funding they get from govt they don't utilize it fully

I took ipu cet in which i got 3241 rank and i opted for this college as this is 2nd best govt. college in ip university and its placements are also fine and its fees is only 35000 per year

Course structure is good and is latest to all the colleges like iits,nits.There are start up incubation center in our colleges so if anyone wants to open startup then he can do and research part is very bad in our college and there is hardly any research

No,this is the thing which is very bad in our college .It does not provide internship which every college should do

Placements are average but for cse only ,for ece students it is very difficult.companies like wipro,sap,syntel comes and offer approx 3-6 lakhs.I don't know about this lart of our college well so cannot tell in detail but whatever i know i told about it

Each year there is college fest which comprises of two parts,technical fest and cultural fest.Our college is not so big so our fest is also not so big but every year it is also improving and celebrities like milind gaba,tulsi kumar have came to our college fest

Fee structure-35000 per year which is best part our college and i don't think you will get any college with that fee anywhere and it is very hard to find if any college exist with such low fee.So this is one of the best feature about our college which you should be proud of

Ews scheme is there for economically weak students and there are several scholarships for different castes students but sorry nothing for general and also there is no merit based scholarship or anything like that

Like any govt. Engineering College gender ratio is very bad. With approx.7-8 girls among 70-80 boys so you can say 10:1 and there is a robotic society but i do not think that it is good and for cse there is no society and for extra curricular activities you

There is no hostel in our college. You can take pg or flat nearby college in which you can take sharing as for single person it will be expensive. You can get pg or room in about 6k per month and flats also you have to do some search and you can get them in 9-10k

Senior students are really helpful and you can take any help from them and are not rude or anything lime that they will answer and can solve your every problems

Exam structure is not hectic and there is really no pressure for students in college.There is also no attendance tension in our college so you don't have to take tension of attendance and for exam there is 1 internal and end sem papers so there are total of 2 exams in each semester

First you have to fill the ipu cet form then if you qualify and gets a good rank then you have to go through counseling rounds in which you have to select this college and pay the online admission fee and then go to college to verify documents.Ipu cet paper is in may and its results are declared in approx 2 weeks .Then after 1-2 week counseling starts and in counseling you have to first fill choices and if you are selected in some college of your filled choices then you have to pay admission fee of 40000 rs and then report to college to verify documents

All the permanent faculties are upsc qualified and are from good colleges like iit,nit and there knowledge is also good about their subject but for some subjects like maths there is guest faculty which are not permanent but they are also good as far as i have seen them
