The college lacks a proper outdoor ground and that's the reason why, the sports and tournaments are arranged in nearby fields.

Based on H.S marks, I was selected in the college. My score was greater than 60%, which helped me to get a way ahead in getting the admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
They follow the curriculum of Calcutta University, one of the prestigious University of the era. The curriculum is well-defined with theory and equipped with practical. It's industry-oriented where you will get detail knowledge of hardware and software skills. Overal the curriculum and the course they follow will fulfill your requirements and make you industry ready
Internships Opportunities
No. It does not provide internship opportunity. But it has a good and active placement cell compared to other bachelor in science colleges.
Placement Experience
As mentioned above the placement cell is quite active. It is patro pioneered by the head of computer science sri Mahapatra himself. Several MNCs including wipro, philips, TCS used to hire in mass from the campus. Besides this , u will be guided by several career gurus to sit in several off campus interviews.
College Events
Events like annual sports, cricket , football tournament are carried on. The annual function is also held in college where eminent artists, singers are invited. Blood donation camp and several social activities are also done. A departmental picnic is a part and parcel of the college corrigendum.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is affordable by one and all. Besides this scholarship facility is also availed. But the computer science department which has high cost for laboratory is charged slightly more which is affordable without any dilemma. Overall the fee structure is not out of budget

Campus Life
The campus life is very lively. You will find as many girls and as many boys in the campus who are working hard to gain the knowledge. Extracurricular activities like participating in several social activities and sports in state level is a part and parcel of the campus. Several competitions based on science and politics are also held.
Hostel Facilities
I was not a part of hostel since I am a deweller of the city. But according to my friends , the hostel facility is good with foods and recreation. Students can perform group discussion, as well as enjoy matches also. Everyone is friendly in hostel whereas the security system is also very strict.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni association is active in social networking sites who are always ready to assist the juniors in all possible ways.
Exam Structure
The exam is conducted based on the academic schedule published by the University of Calcutta. They themselves don't have any par on the same. One midterm exam is conducted in college and yearly a terminal exam is held which is scheduled to be held in an outside college.
Admission
The marks was published and based on the marks obtained , the merit list was decided. Basically if the seats are not fulfilled in first list then they go for second list and hereby follows. The selection procedure is transparent and you can gamble upon that if you are the top dog.
Faculty
The faculty is patronized by Gautam Mahaputra who is a Ph.D. mphill. He is a Wikipedia himself. Besides this, the other faculties and guest lectures are much friendly and knowledgeable. Though in recent years, there has been a change in faculty. So, I don't have a clear idea about present faculty
