Every sector in our college needs improvement except the library. But still, it is a good college to get settled in life. A good college with above average facilities .faculty are good enough to clear doubts.placements are also good enough.

I wrote Eamcet exam after my intermediate and got 40000 rank after that i went for eamcet counseling and choosed pragati college knowing that it is a good college and got admitted in cse branch beacuse i am interested in computers .

Our college follows JNTU KAKINADA curriculum which is good and our college is doing good in completing the course.we have 2 semesters per year .our college also has an R&D center. which allows us to debate and also implement our ideas.we also have electives in the final year .Subjects like software testing methodologies, machine learning etc.

Yes,our college provide internships and the general stipend is about 5000-25000 per month.Recently konylabs gave an offer for internship with stipend of 25000 per month.

Placement offers are good in our college.400 students were placed this year in campus placements in many companies like tech mahindra,HGS,opentext,juspay and offerd about 4-10 L per annum.juspay offered 6 lpa and opentext offered 10lpa which was highest package our college ever got.

Every year we celebrate 2 events one is technical event and the other is cultural event .name of the cultural event is prism and name of technical event is strides.both are filled with lots of talent and enthusiasm.in cultural event we have various dance, singing, skit events and in tech fest we have paper presentation, poster presentation, quiz, coding etc.

Fee structure is ok.it costs about 90,000 including all fees like library fund,bus fee,jntu fee etc.when i joined pragati fee structure is about 70000 including all fees . I have fee reambersment so that 35000 amount will be paid by the governament.every bus fee will be increased by 500 rs.

Our college gives a scholarship for eamcet rank holders below 25000.below 10000 will get 30000 and below 20000 will get 20000 below 25000 will get 10000.loan facilities are not available in our college.

There is no gender bias in our college every gender has its own equal importance.we all study, work, enjoy together. our college conducts different workshops on Android, headspin, XML etc.sports section is good we have cricket, basketball, kabaddi,khokho, shuttle grounds and we also have competitions on them. zone level kabaddi games are conducted in our college.

Our hostel is newly built . It is rich from outside and inside with ac rooms and new beds and costs about 70000 (with ac) 60000( without) per year.hostel has 4 or 5 sharing.canteen food is also good with different varieties like sandwich,burger,ice creams,meals,biryani etc.

Some seniors are helpful and some are useful.few seniors help us a lot in studies and in different activities.we also have ragging which is common . Ragging is for fun not to abuse.

We have 2 semesters per year and each semester will have 2 mid examinations .every week we will have class tests.and also labs are good we have 3 labs per semester and 3 labs for 3 hours for every week.within that lab programs will be completed.if that days program was completed quick then the remaining time will fun filled.

I choosed pragati college through counseling after eamcet .In counseling we have to choose few colleges where we want to study further i choosed about 6 colleges among them pragati is on top and i got admitted in that based on my rank.then i went to college submitted the admit card payed the fee and my engineering career started.

Few of our faculty have Ph.D. and few are undergoing it.they are good in clearing doubts at any time either through the phone call or direct meeting. The experienced faculty is allocated to core subjects like C, Java, Data mining, Design analysis. if any question asked by a student was not known then thy do some research and come up with a solution.
