Infrastructure it's too small campus but still they managed every requirements in it

Things that influenced me to choose this college is that it doesn't have small infrastructure but the environment and culture of the college was nice . Many activities and other curriculum was hed for the students even they organise a educational tour of the specific department.

Internships Opportunities

Airtel, tata , rebook , IndiGo, Axis Bank, Deloitte and many more companies came for placement . I did intership for international mega trade fair IIMTF and my overall experience was nice the duration of that intership was too short just for 20 days and there stipend was 9000 .my role was to interact with the customer and analyse the fair purchasing billing

Fees and Financial Aid

As this college have fame in all kolkata colleges .. therefore there course fees are different for different courses. Every department bachelor or master they have different fees structure.mine was quite reasonable. Even at the end of the semester they boost up their students for the campus selection

Campus Life

The overall experience in my college was amazing. It's was so memorable all the culture event and program was joyful.the entire vibes of this college was nice apart from studies they do care about students fun .A proper game zone was there inside the college. Library access we have till 8 pm and the availability of books was updated all the time

Admission

No there were no entrance examination was conducted. My selection was done on the basis of my 12th academic results . Application of this college was given in their official website only and from there I have filled the application.

There are placements in the college campus in the last semester with several companies coming for interviews such as big 4 and big 6 companies and the placements are around 60000-70000 per month after the course.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I got rejected by goenka college of commerce as i could not get their cut off marks . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
