Course Curriculum Overview
Actually nits offer vast range of courses and good quality also that's why I have taken this college. The curriculum is very good here it gives you the real world challenges and also it is designed for the industry oriented studies. I would suggest that's there are so many irrelevant subjects they can remove those subjects.
Internships Opportunities
So many companies visit for internship role like visa, Adobe, oracle they take test and interview from the students in online and sometimes offline mode and the criteria differs from company to company.they give good amount of package as well.
Placement Experience
Being an nit students give so many advantages over the other private engineering colleges as the placement is quite good we have almost 85-90 percentage of students getting good salary packages. Companies like Amazon ,de shaw , visa and other multinational companies frequently visit for on campus placement and almost give around 15-35 lpa CTC which is quite good and also some students of top branches got 55 lpa in other on campus companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is around 136000 for the general catagory students who have parents salary greater then 5 lakh per annum and St SC students don't have to pay there tution fees which is around 125000. Scholarship is available for different fields. 33 percent concession in tution fees is provided for students who have salary less than 5 lakh and greater than 1 lakh.
Campus Life
Here in our college the campus life is actually very good we have so many different clubs and committee for different fields and they organise different kind of events related to different occasions like for sports we have dedicated clubs and like that we have also dedicated club for dance and singing
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is actually good enough like it is for all students and also it is pretty affordable and for the food quality I would say that it is actually very good as compared to other colleges hostels and registration process happens after the admission process and It has to be done through the online. And the location is also inside the college campus and it is quite big.
Admission
I have given jee mains during class 12th and I applied through the gen catagory and for gen catagory the cutoff almost goes around 97 percentile for the homestate students for my branch IT also reservation is there for the other catagory students and there cutoff goes generally less than gen catagory and jee happens twice a year. For the improvement I would suggest that please consider others eligibility criteria as well
