Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty memebers are good in my department. They are supportive and same goes for our HOD sir too. There is also a number of clubs and committies that you can join to enhance you soft-skills. The syllabus designed is also good.
Internships Opportunities
Microsoft came in our campus and offered PPO to all of them. One senior got PPO from Adobe. For internship also, same sompanies visit our campus, including DBOI, Visa, Soroco, Cisco, etc. Some of my classmates have also cracked off campus oppurtunities, including Atlassian.
Placement Experience
Placements are amazing. If I talk about 2024, round 7 of our seniors are placed at >=50 lacs/annum. Big tech giants visit our campus, such as Microsoft, Oracle, Amazon, GE Healthcare, Optum (UHG), DE Shaw, Western digital, Nat West, Paypal, Arcessium, and many more.
Fees and Financial Aid
For general candidates it is around Rs. 1.5 lacs/year (rough estimation) For SC, ST it is Rs. 9000/year There is also category divided based on family income, such as if there total earning is less than 3 or 5 lacs (can't remember it properly), then also candidate have to pay Rs. 9000, and as follows.
Campus Life
Overall experience is good. Apart from studies you can engage yourself in multiple activities, such as you can join sports club (Shaurya), music club (Raaga), coding club (Turing club of programmers), etc. The fests are also good
Admission
I got the college through the counselling of JEE Mains. The admission process is not that hectic. Once you fill the college you want to opt for your B.Tech, you have to pay a partocular fees to secure your seats and then there will be an option to local that particular allotted seat or if you want to upgrade. Remember that the fees that is mentioned is only one time, so even if you get any other college, you don't have to pay fees again. After last round of counselling you have to go to your allocated college and do the further admission process.
