Campus is eco friendly and pollution fee
The campus infrastructure is too good, it contains of 3 blocks with perfect infrastructure
Central library consists of all types of books

No bikes are allowed we should go by walk to campus or cycle
Management is too strict and we should be disciplined

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is somewhat easy compared to previous batches but the exam difficulty level is high The curriculum is helpful for real world application They teach logic based questions The exam in Amrita campus will be conducted for 3 hrs the difficulty level will be moderate

Yes they provide placements for many So many companys will come for campus interviews like TCS, etc Upto my knowledge last year highest placement is 2500000 This year there is a big downfall in placements

The fee structure in Amrita ranges from slab 1 to slab 4 Slab 1 is the least and slab 4 is the highest which is also considered as non scholarship Slab 4 is upto 600000 You can take a loan if you wish to

Campus Life

There will be two major fests every year one in odd semester and another one in even semester Odd semester gokulastami Even semester anokha All types of sports are encouraged free courts will be provided There are different groups

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are provided with a cot for each person and The hostel fee is same for everyone which is 115000 including mess fee Mess food is not that good No ac will be there in rooms Everyday same menu will be continued

To get into Amrita University one needs to take a exam conducted by Amrita or they can also use their jee score to get into this university The application for phase 1 is closed upto my knowledge try applying for phase 2

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

I applied for vit, snu, cuet examination. I couldnt get vit because of high rank, in cuet exam i got seat at pondicherry university. but still chose amrita for its reputation, infrastructure, and curriculum. first you should attend an entrance examination called AEEE escpecially for amrita vishwa vidhyapeetham, which has 2 phases. after both phases you get placed in a ranking system. for each range of ranks each department holds a rank exceptancy of the entrance participants. other than AEEE you can also get throw using JEE marks...Read More

A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
