Dislikes
- The duration of the college during summer time
- Faculty members not providing class notes on time and even sometime the completion of the syllabus is not properly completed by our faculty member before exam.
- Selection process by our sports committee in inter college competition because sometimes they select only second and third year students
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose by medical engineering branch because it consists of emerging technology basically it consists of 70% electronics and 30% biology our first year consist of 2 semester and each semester has their respective exams midsm and end sem .most of the questions ask from the notes provided by the faculty and our focal t is very well in their subjects and very come towards their students
Internships Opportunities
As per my current knowledge the internship opportunities provided by our college is very much good because after few sometimes there are many Google forms come in the mail of every student for the internship opportunities so that every student can get the experience regarding their field and positions.
Placement Experience
Currently placement is not going on that much good . But still there are many companies regretting in our college like Adobe ,Microsoft , Capgemini, Amazonand core companies like Jindal, LNT. The highest package offered by the Microsoft 2 7 students of about 55 lacs each.and some of the students are preparing for GATE exam and other civil services exam. Currently my plan is to prepare for GATE exam so that I can get much of knowledge related to my branch.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of our college is as follows: General student 142000 per year General EWS student 50000 per year . sorry I don't know the fee structure of SC and ST student. Anwar college scholarship exams exams taken by the department of each branches based on the annual income of student.If a student have annual income less than 5 lacs can give scholarship test.
Campus Life
I am very happy that I am studying in one of the top most college of India yeah it's little hard to say that our campus structure is not that much good as compare to other NIT's. And I am first year student so overall experience about this college is good their are many clubs and committees where student can participate and can learn new experience is by working in different domain. Aur campus has big library at almost consist of about 100000 books where a student kind find their books easily based on their interests. But the class of our college doesn't consists of air conditioner so during summer time our student get dehydrated due to humus.there are many first conducted by our clubs and committees like AVARTAN,SAMAR which is a sports event and the last one which is one of the most biggest event in the central India is eclectica.
Admission
Admission process was very quite lengthy and it is about 3 to 4 hours duration .if you forget any documents than it will leave to the cancellation of your admission in the college .I get admission into this college through JEE mains exam and as a general category student i don't get any benefits of reservation. The cutoff for different categories is as follows General 90.77% ile General ews 75.6% ile OBC 74% ile SC 51.9% ile ST 37 percentile Generally JEE main consist of to attempts of 3 hours each the difficulty level of JEE main exam is moderate to difficult where chemistry portion is easy physics portion moderate to hard and maths portion is almost hard.I think every steps in the admission process is mandatory so there should be no steps that can be removed from the admission process.
