All about SSITM

Every aspect of my college is best and it is the best college in my state but the only thing that I didn't like is the time taken to get the mark sheets but that doesn't depend on the college but on the university.

No, sadly no such privilege is there in our college, but if one has applied for internship off campus like I did,

Placement scenario in our state i.e CG is pretty much same in all colleges, usually, mass recruiters like TCS and bpo's come to the campus, but the good thing is most of the students are definitely placed in one or other companies and average package is 3-4 lpa.

Every year one the biggest college events in our state is celebrated in our college named Samvid which is basically fest including every aspect of a big fat fest and students from any college can come and take participate in the events. One can imagine how big they are from the fact that every one or other celebrity comes to visit the event. In my time, Ayushman Khurana, DJ Suketu, and many such celebrities have visited the college and gave performances.

The fee structure is pretty feasible to an extent as it is decided by the government for every private college in my state and was around 35k per semester excluding transportation and other. Caste-based reimbursement was there but I had no idea how much it is as I belong to general category.

Scholarships were given to the branch openers of each branch for every semester but i don't have knowledge on how much was given. Loan facility is not there in my college, one had to take an education loan from banks only.

We don't have any gender issues in the college, The gender ratio is 1:1., we have sports block where you can excel your talent you can practice any game there will be coach for each and every game,our college will conduct workshops and events on present booming technologies so that students can exposure to good knowledge.

Seniors are very helpful. Ask them anything that you want to know and they will help you. without seniors, no one will learn to its potentials and they are not just seniors they are brothers and sisters

Exams are not very frequent, every Monday a test is conducted across all the years and branches and it is consists of questions based on 1 or 2 chapters usually, but two class tests are conducted in each semester whose marks are added to the final examinations. Each week usually two-three days had lab periods that too for two periods and it was pretty chilled out.

On the basis of results of CGPET, i was shortlisted for this college, through counselling i got selected and proceeded to take admission.At first i casually visited the college for a campus tour but after visiting i thought this is one of the best i can get in CG so immediately took admission there.

The best thing about the college is definitely the faculty as they are so much helping and always ready to teach even off topics if needed. They are well qualified and have plenty of experience too. Most of the faculties work overtime and definitely try to concentrate on each and every student in the class.
