Likes
- There are many good faculties. Security is very good here. Girls are totally safe here. There are gaurds in every corners.
- Fests here are really intresting and enjoyable too.
- The campus is ragging free and many seniors are sooo helful and nice.
Dislikes
- Less hostels are there. They can construct more hostels so that most of the students can live inside campus.
- Library opens for only 8 pm at night its should extend as well as hostel in time should also extend for girls i.e. 9:30.
- New and unexperienced faculties should be avoided to teach 1st yr students as tehre base get weak.
Course Curriculum Overview
To be honest couses are really nice and some faculties are so good but new faculties are little bit trouble some as they don't have teaching experience. But most of the old faculties are really nice. Only improvement needed is little more practical experience. Although they provide practical experience but more experience is needed. And some lab equipments should me replaced by new one
Internships Opportunities
Internship is also good here. It depends upon branch and field whether u want to go for core or non core field. But opportunities are provided in every branch for placement. For ece Cs it on campus placements are good and for core too there are good placement opportunity like Civil mech elec meta etc.
Placement Experience
For campus placement in btech u should be in 4th yr and in 3rd Yr u can do internship. If u don't get campus placement u can apply outside too and most of the time outside placement have more money also.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee is reasonable as compared to other private universities present here. Except Tuition fee there is supply fee too if u got supplementary in any of the exams. Tuition fee include all the things u can access to library issue the books and other things .
Campus Life
There are very events and technical fest are conducted such as avartan which is a technical fest, shourya which is sports fest in which many other universities also participate, garba night,different festival celebrate, avinya by icell,fest by ecell too,tedxnit raipur as well as eclectika which is central India's biggest fest. Campus is totally safe and secure
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is nice.for 1st yr for girls there are 4 sharing rooms in second year there are 2 sharing rooms. For boys 1st yr 3 sharing and second yr 2 sharing depending on hostel u get. For girls there are total 3 hostel for all the courses available but for boys there are more hostels. Pg and rented rooms are also available near the college.
Admission
Course elibility totally depends upon your rank. All the details regarding application form fees and dates are available in the official site of nitrr. Reservation benefit is also provided. 4 exams are conducted in one year, 2 mid sem and one end sem. Difficulty level of exam is mixed. Here admission process is very strict your all documents should me with u when u are here for admission hard copy as well as soft copy that are mentioned in the notice.
