Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is based of what is provided by the university of Calcutta. This course gives in depth knowledge of how computers work and what it is all about, the course can benefit alot from including more about new projects. And exams are conducted in regular intervals with internal assessment in regular intervals.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees of the science section is similar but the computer science fees is little higher because of the risks and instruments attached with it. The cost varies from semester to semester with regards to subjects in that semester but generally it is withing 35000/- rupees. Scholarship are awarded to students with regards to academics

Campus Life

The campus life is great in the college as their are many clubs and activities going all around the students every now and then. Umang is the annual fest organised which is considered one of the best in the city. There are many groups for dance, singing, debate, quiz, astronomy, everything.

Admission

You should have Physics,Chemistry and Maths as the core subject in 12th, application is available on the college website. There is no entrance exam and a student is admitted based on their merits and marks in 12th standard.

Placement Experience:

After completing the 5th Semester the student are eligible for placement but the student should have 7.5 CGPA and a good attendence for the palcement after this oncampus placement like TCS, wipro, accenture etc come for placement with a native package of around 6-8 LPA. Which is goood . Nearly as per report around 80% of studentt gets placed every year . After i complete this course i have decide to go master degree in data science which will be benificial for me for international company.

Pros and cons

Placement Experience:

Placement or internship depends on the course Duration . Overall placement is good . The highest package is 1cr/ yr. And the average package 2to3 lakh/ yr. After getting the bsc. degree in Forensic science, I want to prepare for compitive exam or prepare for higher studies.

How an average student sees his College

Remarks:

Pros:The teachers very very helpful and friendly. Loans and scholarships available. Faculties are highly qualified. Infrastructure is awesome. Cons: no placement. No stipends There wasn’t any hostel facility. Canteen could be developed.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me .
