- Faculty provided to us was overall good and supportive.
- The curriculum of the course was way better than the other colleges of AKTU.
- Exams were timely conductive in the college, PLacement was okay.
Dislikes
- Campus life was not that much good as you didn't get much free time to explore things.
- Infrastructure was like the old building which was not renovate over a long period of time.
- Timming for classes were too long starts from 9 am to 5pm in evening.
Course Curriculum Overview
As NIET is autonomous, the college set its syllabus in csei have engg. Maths 1, engg. Physics, design thinking 1, CAD and DM, ABC(acquiring business communication. Faculty were phd holders. Exams were nkt too tough to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Students in NIET gets internship opportunities this year the highest stipend offere was 1.25lpm i think it's from micfosoft or cognizant. I am not much aware about the internship opportunities in our college.
Placement Experience
Students become elligible from 6th semester for campus placement. Not aware about company visited and their offered package. approx 85% students gets placed who sit for placements. Some students gets placement in good companies
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is approx same as other colleges in greater noida. for 1st year btech it's around 174600/ for other year 150000/ complete fee including hostel will cost you around 12lakhs. For Scholarships you can fill scholarships offered by UP government and central government . Campus placememt will be okay if you try hard you can grab a good package from campus .
Campus Life
There were few techinical and annual fest i am not much aware about them. books were availabe in library. Smart boards were provided in classrooms. There were no focus on extra curricular activites , college focus on academics more. Yes there were social groups such as khushiyan baato club.
Hostel Facilities
You will get a bed , table , chair and almirah in your room. Menu of mess is decided by the memebers of mess commettie,quality was not too good but okay. You can rent a room or pg near pari chowk , alpha and beta .
Admission
Admission can be done through the aktu counselling process. For this, you have to take the jee mains exam. Cutoff varies every year, for 2023 b.tech cse for the general category goes up to 3 lahks for other branches check data on Google. yes, reservation benefits are available. frequency of exams and timing were ok according to the difficulty level.
