Course Curriculum Overview
The type of experience and the curriculum got me inerested. The curriculum is well defined and branch oriented and apart from academics the college also focus on childs growth on other domains such as, improving his personality behaviour. Course should be more focused on practical applications of the subjects instead of theoritical approach. Faculties in this college are well educated in their particular subjects. The exams are lentghy and the questions are pretty straight forward.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are given to students after 3rd semester Internship are bad here they are either unpaid or costs money Only one student this year got internship at Google of Rs. 1.5L stipend per month Student do participate in internships
Placement Experience
The college promises a well future and job placement for the student and also it gets quite acknowledgement from companies for employment. The average packege for a cs student is around 4 to 5 lakh. Also various internship offers are also seen here. Just in case if the placement offer a student is getting is not to his satisfaction, he can then go for masters in their domain.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fees for semester is around 40000/- and almost remains same for the whole 8 semester. Tution fees can be reduced according to the scolarships you get. Scolarships can be obtained on the basis of merit. The complete cost for the education is 320000/-.
Campus Life
The tech fest happens once a year the name of tech fest is ojas. It is biggest tech fest in chhattisgarh. Different competitions are held. Expterts from different domains are invited to give insight and to motivate students to persue their dreams. Libraries are well eqquiped, and contains all booms related to enginnerjng. Students are also provided reference section where they can issue books and study there. The classroom are equuipped with smart boards and projectors. Indoor sports Complex as well as as outdoor sports Complex is present. Gym is also available. Different clubs are also present which are active line astroclub, vista club etc. These can help in personality development and the students can find their interests in other things other than studies.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities specially for the freshers is very safe and secure for them . Security guards are appointed for the safety of the students. Also curfew time is there for first year. The water and electrical facilites are also well equipped.
Admission
The courses available are NBA accredited and NAAC A affiliated. If you have completed 12th with subjects physics ,maths, chemistry . Then you are eligible for entrance exam. The entrance exam is cg-pet. Application form can be found in cg vyapam website, there is no application form fees, and you can be updated about exam from cg vyapam website. Reservation are given on the basis of caste To avail for reservation you need to have caste certificate. The exams occurs frequently. The exams taken are difficult, you need to be well prepared. The lab instruments are needed some improvement so that students can acquire good ecxoerience
