Infrastructure,climate is good nice climate and large buildings
restrictions are okay may be they can accommodate more passes per month.Other than that pretty good
teaching and quality of faculty is pretty good and collage encourages entrepreneurs

Dislikes

food is the worst thing very very bad no non-veg no proper spices even in veg food though.please reach out the management please make good food
hostel is also the worst, no attach bathrooms and bathrooms are also worst bad quality no maintenance.No A/C
No non veg even in canteens.Please this is 2024 please get upgraded

Course Curriculum Overview

good placements nice packages great faculties...well maintained infrastructure.and well disciplaned vibes. well educated and always upto technology faculty...Huge amount of clubs events. faculties should check students alround devlopment and progress. in every semester there is a mid its a 2hour exam and end sem is 3hour exam.and difficulty is pretty okay but should learn well.

SEM-6 pass and SEM-7 currently students are eligible for campus placements with required CGPA. i dont know much about that nearly 400 companies visit every year. highest is around 60lakhs,and average package is 10lakhs. above 96% students are getting placements. into app development and AI.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee increses when you are not upto mark in cgpa that too for 1,2 slab students. i am slab 3 its 3.5 lakh per year and hostel,mess is around 1 lakh so 4.5 lakhs per year and 18lakhs for four years. SLAB1-125000 SLAB2-265000 SLAB3-350000 NON-SCHOLARSHIP-600000(Through management) i am in my 1st sem right now i should explore more for your 4th question

Campus Life

technical fests are pretty okay but no fests for enjoyment and celebraties interaction. there are pretty very good journals its a very large library. screen,projector,stage for faculty,benches and chairs,what are needed are provided. cricket,football,tennis,batmintoin,chess they have many game clubs and a huge main ground,pretty good opportunities for sports or exploring enthusiastics not much known for me but many are intrested in exploring many things

Hostel Facilities

I dislike my hostel because its old no AC worst washrooms.I think hostels can be much devloped. food is also too bad.I lost my gains by eating this food and gym facilities are also worst. registration process is pretty good its easy.Hostel price is very affordable. no i stay in collage hostel.

Admission

12th class pass with 75%. we can apply through amrita.edu site as well as some affiliated collages gets offline forms for entrance exam(AEEE). SC/ST and physically handicaped students have reservation. Its a 2hour exam paper is moderate its okay you should be good with basics. its counselling prrocess is a bit confusion it is mainly done like jee counselling in rounds i think it should be devloped

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

I applied for vit, snu, cuet examination. I couldnt get vit because of high rank, in cuet exam i got seat at pondicherry university. but still chose amrita for its reputation, infrastructure, and curriculum. first you should attend an entrance examination called AEEE escpecially for amrita vishwa vidhyapeetham, which has 2 phases. after both phases you get placed in a ranking system. for each range of ranks each department holds a rank exceptancy of the entrance participants. other than AEEE you can also get throw using JEE marks...Read More

A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
