- Hostels for every studying in NIT Raipur I also love outside the college .
- The interaction with the teachers and the machines in labs are old and not accurate.
- The boy girl ratio in our college is very low .
Course Curriculum Overview
We are in first year so according to me the cources offered in the curriculam are quite good we have not entered in the department but the subjects offered are good I think this will awake our areas of interest .As if we want to learn to code or to do something else.Teaching methods are good just have to improve in one to one conversation.Exams are also quite good are there are only two exams in each semester we get enough time to prepare.
Internships Opportunities
I do not have that much knowledge as I am just a first year. Student here but I have seen companies like Bhilai steel plan Microsoft some mining companies and pharma companies offer internship opportunities in our college.
Placement Experience
From sixth semester students become eligible for placements the latest offer for highest placement is Microsoft I'm total 350 and more companies visit our college for placements and placement season is like a festvin our college. The highest package given is 56 lacs per year The percentage of placement is also very good I don't know much about the other branches but the percentage for chemical engineering students is 96 . After getting a degree I will be preparing for Indian Engineering services.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are increasing every year . And if we include all kind of acharges and living cost the total would be around scolarships are also available not much but available and the cost for reserved category students is almost zero. Placement records of our institute are also very good good internship opportunities are provided.
Campus Life
Our college is known to have the biggest fest in the central India the Eclectica we invite numerous celebrities in our college and celebration is done .For tech point of view there's an event called technocracy . Various clubs and collmites are there such as Raga the music club and Nrityam the dancing club hackerthons are also conducted in our college. We also have a club for financial management.
Admission
I entered NIT ripuer after I cleared my jee main exam all these things like allotment is done by josaa and then after that accoucding to josaa the date for admission in the institution was declared in the official website of NIT Raipur . Overall it's a good college . We have to give 2 exams per semester mid and end . It's a good institution but it's lacks in the no of hostels as it's the only NIT where hostels are not available for everyone.
