A REVIEW ON ORIENTAL COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY.

I will rate the curriculum 8.5 out 10 scale because every thing is ok but some of the practical knowledge which should be updated by time to time is lacking in this course but overall it's good to study here. This course is purely relevant and moderate comprehensive in nature. Course makes me ready for real world applications and problem solving skills. Teachers should be consistent and more friendly with students so that the normal class can be interactive.

College offers a good amount of palcements. Many giant tech companies hire students from our college. TCS, Accenture, WIPRO etc. From 5th sem (3rd Yr) students are eligible for the placements. Highest Package - 72LPA in Amazon In South America Avg Package - 15 LPA Students palced last round - 15% students get palced. My plan is to clear UPSC civil services exam.

Fees is very affordable, scholarships are also available for eligible students. No, such financial assistance is given here. CRT program is conducted on regular basis to make the students placement ready. Fees is getting increased by college for new upcoming batches. My complete cost of education is 95000.

My perspective would say that overall this college is good for every social aspects. Clubs are not generally made here. Infrastructure wise I would suggests it's nice. TechFest is the main event which is conducted every year on a large scale, and many more events such as Garba Night, Hackathon, Code fest etc. There are all types of books available is our central library. There are many events for sports and extra curricular activites as well.

I have admission in this college through JEE Mains Score and this is the only eligibility of the course. I have been pursuing B.Tech in CSE Core Branch who application form will be available on MP-DTE Official Website. Course Fees when I have taken admission was 95000 per year. I am from U.P. and Oriental is in M.P. so by the norms I am not eligible for scholarship but some of my friends are from M.P. and they are getting scholarship from govt. Exams are conducted per semester by R.G.P.V. University but college also conducts mid semester exams to check the preparation of the students. Admission process should be made little faster in approach because many students get late admission because of this and they miss many classes due to this.
