good placements nice packages and with great faculty and well maintained infastructure well its not only about how they teach about getting job its about how to live the life the course facutly should review each student's progress there are mid term and end sem exams which are in another level of difficulty but we are need to upgrade our knowledge

i am still a 1st year student so i didn;t acknowledge the roles offered under internships with stipend with the projects and outcomes to clarify the tasks but according to my srs google,microsoft,daimler,intel,reliance are companies offered for interships

from 6th semseter i guess students become eligible for campus placements i am still 1st year student so no idea about companies visited 48 LPA is the hightest by Atlassian and 8LPA average by Hovers 93% of students getting placements getting job and live a peacefull life

Fees and Financial Aid

tution fee increases when you are not upto mark in gpa that too for slab1,2 students, i am slab 1 student its okay its 1.25 lakhs per year and hostel mess is around 1 lakh so its 2.25 lakhs per year and 9 lakhs for four years Slab 1-125000 slab2-265000 slab3-350000 non-scholarship-600000(through management quota) I am in the 1st year right now i should explore more till the 4th year

Campus Life

there are a lot of events like amritotsavam,anokha tech fest,sports day. central library has wide range of collections with reference books,textbooks,print journals,newspapaers,cds/dvds,e-books,e-journals etc the faculty teachings are mostly from presentations forms ncc and nss are the clubs dealth with sports and extracurricular activites i didn;t find any student run social groups till now maybe in futher cases

Hostel Facilities

4 bed rooms,2 tables,4 chairs and 4 cupboards are provided meals quality is as good for a common mans life and taste is of 3/5 registration process for hostel is thorugh amrita webpage no i didn't rented a room or a pg

Admission

12th class pass with 75% we can find the application form ,fees,dates through amrita.edu website as well as some affiliated colleges gets offline forms for entrance exam SC/St and physcially handicapped students have reservation its an hour exam paper is moderate its okay if you have a grasp understanding about basics its counselling process is a bit confusion it is mainly done like jee counselling in rounds I think it should be developed

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

Amrita and its Dubbing voice

I applied for vit, snu, cuet examination. I couldnt get vit because of high rank, in cuet exam i got seat at pondicherry university. but still chose amrita for its reputation, infrastructure, and curriculum. first you should attend an entrance examination called AEEE escpecially for amrita vishwa vidhyapeetham, which has 2 phases. after both phases you get placed in a ranking system. for each range of ranks each department holds a rank exceptancy of the entrance participants. other than AEEE you can also get throw using JEE marks...Read More

A decent university

I applied to many colleges like Thapar College, Manipal College, VIT, and LPU and others. I got selected from many colleges, but I chose this college because of its ranking as it ranked 4th best university and 1st in the best private university. This was the only reason for the selection. Now it is also the 7th best university in india and 2nd in private universities. I only got rejected from the Manipal College of Engineering, and they didn't mention the reason for the rejection, but I assume the entrance exam was not so good for me. I rejected other colleges because I find Amrita University better than others. There are many ways to get admission, like from JEE mains or advanced and Amrita's own exam, AEEE.
