The quality of education is top notch. The teaching pedagogy is excellent.
The hostel and the facilities at campus like laundry service, golf cart service, sports arena, etc.

Dislikes

The location of the college. It's a 2hr drive from the city centre.

Course Curriculum Overview

So the MBA course is well put up and up to the corporate standards is what I think. It covers all the aspects of management studies and gives you a real word experience as most of it is case study based. Also the number of projects you work on during your mba layout a pretty solid foundation for you. Overall it has a holistic approach and it makes sure that at the end of your 2 year journey you are corporate ready (though it's you who has to take efforts).

Fees and Financial Aid

So my total expense including my college fees, hostel & mess fees and other deposits was around 24.5 lakhs for 2 years. According to the trend I've seen I think the tuition fee hike is around 10% though it's not necessary it may happen every year. Many people say that the ROI is not justified but what I think is that it's up to you. You can make the most out of your mba and fastrack your corporate life. Keep upscaling is what something has worked for me and I'll suggest everyone to do the same too.

Campus Life

Campus life is pretty good at NMIMS Hyderabad. Overall it has good infrastructure and a good sports complex too. The entire campus is wifi enabled and all the classrooms have air conditioners as well as led screens for interactive learning. The library is like a treasure chest. Here you'll find a lot of useful books which will help you in your academics as well as building your career. Also the library has modern computers for doing research and Bloomberg terminals for the finance enthusiasts. There are multiple student run clubs and committees which keep you engaged in various activities throughout the year.

Admission

So I applied to NMIMS Hyderabad via the NMAT Exam. The cut-off during my time was 206 overall with sectional cut offs as well. I had managed to score 210 and cleared the sectionals too. I was shortlisted for my WAT/PI based on it. There are no reservation benefits at NMIMS.

I opted mba because I belongs to commerce so I chose mba because in future it will be more helpful for me to enhance my skills I got a seat through entrance in anwar uloom college and I have heard that faculty is good in this college and the environment is good students got placements and internships teaching methods are good.and during exams if a student is late for a 2 minutes also they will not allow to write the exam so every student should be puchtual in their exams ..these are the rules in every college and every student should follow.

Placements are not as expected it is about only 50 percentage.we ourselves have to search for internships and placements for some extent.final semester students are eligible for campus placements.companies like coromandel, godrej agrovet, Bayer , syngenta cropwings, khethari agritech,kapil agro farms etc are the companies which provide placements to the students 40 percentage of the students got placed.highest package is about 6 lakhs per annum

Academics, internship and Life at IBS Hyderabad

Placement Experience:

Students at my college become eligible to sit in the campus placements from 3rd semester. A wide range of companies(big 4, BNY, Wipro ect) visit the campus for various roles. The highest package is somewhere around 20 lakhs and average package is somewhere around 10 lakhs. Nearly 97 percent of the students secure placements. After completing my MBA i plan to pursue my career in HR leveraging my prior work experience and secure a good position in the same field.

GoA excellent college leads to good deeds

Course Curriculum Overview:

To settle in the good financial sector and to improve my skills. The student ratio is less in MBA courses. The faculty is less supportive. The faculty is well educated with Ph.D. and Doctraits, Method of teaching should be changed. There was no time for preparation for term exams. It was quite difficult to pass.
