Interview Experience
My admission process at JAGSoM was multi-faceted and thorough, encompassing various stages to evaluate candidates comprehensively. 1.Entrance Exam (JAGMAT) The initial step involved taking the JAGMAT entrance exam, assessing quantitative, verbal, and analytical skills. 2. Group Presentation: Subsequently, shortlisted candidates participated in a unique group presentation session. We were given 10 minutes to collaboratively create and present a topic, allowing the assessment of teamwork, leadership qualities, and time management skills. 3. Faculty Interview: The third stage involved a comprehensive interview with 3 or 4 faculty members. This interview delved into academic background, career aspirations, and personal qualities, ensuring a holistic understanding of each candidate. 4. Peer Interview: Notably, there was a distinctive aspect where candidates faced an interview conducted by current students. This peer interview added a unique perspective, allowing the institution to gauge candidates through the lens of their potential future peers.
