A Nice College In Desert

Good Remark: A lot of free time, you can develop your skills.Helpful Teachers. Bad Remark: Mess is not good. Canteen provided is closed for about 6 months.No nearby places to eat. Bikaner being a desert region temperature raises up to 50 degree Celsius.

I opt. for this college because of only Government tag. Nothing much i knew about this city Bikaner and this college. As my jee marks were not well enough to land me in any NIT's that's why i choose this college. I googled the RTU's best college this college was on the 3rd place so i thought of taking my technical degree from here.

As per my knowledge ECB do not provide the internship. The students of Ecb apply for the nearby companies and do their intern.

Placements are not up to the mark,this college is lagging in their placement section. A job fair is organized in the college where many companies come and the student has to register them for that. In the job fair, some are got placed in companies like OLA, UBER come in the job fair this year. Off-campus placement is well and the good of this college. Tanushree Pareek- 1st women combat officer is the alumini of this college.

Events such as shambhav , techakriti and some more other events are organised. These all events are organized by their respective departments. like techkriti is organized by electrical department, shambhav is organized by mechanical department.

The fee structure is quite feasible 35,000/- is charged for a semester excluding exam fees which is different for different semester. approx 70 thousand is charged for a year for b.tech. Accommodation and mess are not included in this. FEE rebels or scholarship are given to SC/ST and GAS quota seats.

The campus life is quite good you will get so much of leisure time to study and do whatever you want. College gives you a lot time to enhance your skills. the gender ratio is quite less as like in engineering colleges. In electrical its almost 8:1 (boys : girl). College ground and fields are not well structured for sports but campus area is a lot there is a lot of free space provided..you can organise sports events and other activity.No one will bother you.

Hostel facilities are good enough. Besides the college is in desert but the water service in the college campus and in hostel is 24 hr. there is no electricity bill charged sperately. The mess food is worst in this college.

Alumni network is not very strong. Tanushree Pareek- 1st women combat officer is the alumni of this college. seniors are helpful. you can contact anytime.

Exam structure is quite organized. In the 1st year: Two midterm test is conducted which are of 10 marks each. After that practical exam are also conducted followed by Viva. And then after all semester exams are taken of 80 marks. for the semester exam, the center comes to the nearby college CET.

The process of getting into this college is only from REAP (JEE Main and also from Board's mark). After registering to REAP,Merit List was out and based on your choice preferences and seats availability you be allotted your college. the marks cutoff trends are like if you belong to rajasthan than yor marks should be around 40+ in Jee Main you will get this college(civil, mechanical branch). If you doesn't belong to rajasthan then to get this college approx 850+ marks should be scored(electrical,CS,IT branch). And of course for OBC,SC/ST,Ex-Army Reservation students: They should have 10+ marks in jee (rajasthan belonging)

As per my 1st year analysis faculty are good enough. Some of the faculty in this college are excellent some are good and also there is such faculty just come to college for their biometric and passes their time. Overall the permanent faculty has 10+ year of experience and Ph.D.S. and some faculty are temporary and some came under TEQIP-III.
