Course Curriculum Overview
Course and curriculum is assigned by RTU KOTA, as SKIT is affiliated with the same. In terms of relevance and comrehensiveness, courses are not good, in involves primitive subjects and content. It is not updated, Few subjects and topics are like of no use to some sort of students as they are not aligned with the branches of engineering.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am a scholarship person, that means I have gained a scholarship from RTU KOTA, which is called TFWS(Tuition fees weaving sceme), in which few students from each branch is given refreshed fees i.e, 6500 per semester, other than that college also make students aware of the scholarships from central and state governments by college mail, especially for girls.
Campus Life
Overall experience of college considering other college in the city and area and also other college in RTU affiliation, I found my colledge as the best one, as the college infrastructure is well maintained and lush green campus is created , best facility for snacks is there by college canteen and brunch shop, also outside the campus there is plenty of shops to fullfill all your requirement, the location of the college is also the best as it is near to railway station and bus stop also very near to airport as well.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is great and well maintained but the mess food quality is worst. Mess is involved in the hostel fees so no exclusion in mess, that you have to take mess. Rooms have proper duct facility but rooms are bit tiny.
Admission
Admission took though the process called REAP(Rajasthan engineering admission process), in 2022. The admission process is like following: 1. Fill the form for REAP . 2. Fill required details and follow further steps in Real. 3. According to your rank in real, you will be allocated a college, 4, go for councelling process in reap. Every detail will be available in reap's official website. The thing which I don't like about real is the time it took as it take a long time in councelling process.
