Here are more enough extra subject other than core subject, according to me it should be reduced and teachers mainly use LED board for giving lecture they should not depend on that boards very much. Here 2 prefinals and 1 Final exam occur in semester system and difficulty level is medium to difficult.

Placements are began to occur from the final year of the course. Here various companies come for placements. Highest package provided is 10 lpa and average package is 6 lpa. My plan after getting degree is to do Agricultural Business Management from a well recognised college.

In 1st semester of B.Sc.(Hons.)Ag. fee that you have to pay is 52500 approx which includes food bill and your hostel fee and many more like placement fee, examination fee, etc. Scholarship is provided by ICAR for the students that come through the ICAR counselling and students should have GPA equal to or more than 7.5. and many types of internship you can join through this University which provide you a handsome stipends.

Here various platform use to perform various programs like one of the main program presented by University Dramatics Team called RANGMANCH. Library of Pantnagar is famous for its books collection, it have lakhs of books which helps students to grab the knowledge and newly launched journals are also available there. Each classroom is provided with a smart board for better understanding of the students. Here stadium is also available where various number of sports can be played and various competitions occur. Indoor is also available for badminton with capacity of 4 courts. Dr. S.K. Kashyap Sir (Dean College of agriculture) run a podcast on Spotify in which they use to motivate people of various agr groups mainly youth. He is a excellent speaker and a great man. In this University there is no event that end or start without hos speech.

Rooms are generally 3 seated in 1st year but 2nd year onwards boys get seperate rooms whereas girls get 2 seated rooms. Each and every facility that is important for student to study is provided in the room. To be Frank meal that is provided by mess in hostels are not good as home but food is good enough and basic menu is already given by Dean Student Welfare but it can be altered by food Committee of the hostel with the help of food secretary and Warden of Hostel. Hostels are simply provided by University itself.

Admission process is simple what you have to do is Fill application form for entrance exam held by University itself it will be available on University website for rupees 1200 for general category. Application form released by University in month of February and it can vary. Then you have to write the exam in offline mode at the provided examination centre then almost after 10 days it releases rank of the students they you will get mail if you are eligible for the counselling rounds. When you get mail then you have to apply for counselling by providing counselling fee of rupees 500 by filling your preferences for the courses and after some days you will be notified about the counselling result if you get your prescribed course then you will get seat allotment letter then document verification will be held on the given date after that you have to submit the semester fees in online mode then after some days you have to register on auams portal and then you can join class as per schedule.
