Course Curriculum Overview
I made the decision to choose the b.com course because I want to become a CA . And I'm going to appeal CA exam in future. The curriculum prepares us for real world application by hosting the seminars , doing practical classes about the data management course etc.It would be more better in the course curriculum if there is a more practicality in teaching methods.About the frequency and timings of exam I would say that it's totally unfair, cause our batch gave 3 semester exam in only 9 months. Where it should be occurred in 18 months.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the fees of the course is very low and affordable by a lower class students as well. As I mentioned before the admission fees of the course was nearly 1300 only and for the exam form fill up it is around 500 to 700 rupees.The complete cost of my course in this college will be nearly 7 to 8 thousand rupees in total 3 years of graduation including all the compulsory charges, tuition and service fees. There is also many scholarships available every year such as Post matric scholarship which provides 10k per year, UG merit scholarship which provides 15k , Vyasakabi Fakirmohan scholarship which gives 8k a year . This is the types of financial aids provided by the college. But about the campus employment including job, roles, responsibilities and stipends award is i don't know accurately about these things cause I'm in my 2nd year of the course. So I exactly don't know about this provisions. But I think there is no such facilities of campus placement in this college.
Campus Life
Yes, the annual function named nua-o function had occurred in December month of last year.As well as annual sports was held. Many students also participated and won prizes.There are many books, i won't say every books of all course, but almost 70% of the course books are available in the library. And we can take those books from the library for 2 weeks. Classrooms are quite large and comfortable for study. The size of the classes are almost for 150 students. Yes many students involve in social work like blood donation camps , suravi programmes etc . It has a great impact on the student's life.
Admission
The admission process was quite simple. There is no eligibility for the course of b.com.The application form was one the sams portal, the fees and dates had mentioned by the college. There is no reservations or benefits in this college. The exam held in the bachelor course mostly in 3 to 4 months and the difficulty level is medium. The admission process is simple so in my opinion I don't think there is any improvement needed for this process.
