Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is aligned with the syllabus of Rajasthan Technical University , Kota and it is very outdated syllabus in today's date and it is not in pace with latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees was suddenly increased in the end of the second semester without any prior notice to the students and they were just asked to pay the final due amount of 15,000. There are a number of scholarships available throughout the semesters but more opportunities for girl students.

Campus Life

The annual techno - cultural fest is Pravah which has various events and competitions such as Sports , Dance , Singing and cosplay. There is also a DJ night in which a celebrity performs which is average.

Admission

For being a student of SKIT in CS branch , one should have at least 85 percentile in JEE Mains for general category. After fulfilling that category , Applicants are required to fill out an application form ,providing personal details,academic history and sometimes additional information such as hobbies.In Admission process , i don't like students which enter with jack(donation money), they not only are the burden for college but also don't allow other deserving candidates to come to the college , else everything is okay in admission process.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Placement Experience:

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

I have got into this college by my jee mains percentile. I have opted this college over two government colleges i have got because of affordability and less distant from my home towm .
