Course Curriculum Overview
As my course is Information technology there are very good faculty and placement opportunities for us . The course is pretty good . It includes many things like data structures ,oops,etc. I choose this course as because it is very related to CSE and also have very good opportunities in especially CBIT . I think this course will helps us for real world applications. My suggestion for this course in CBIT is to start 1st year classes with C but not python
Internships Opportunities
The internship oppurtunites are also good . But to get a laid internship you should be good at subject . The companies visits for internships are Oracle, Microsoft, Infosys, Wipro,etc .I don't know much details about the internships as Iam a fresher
Placement Experience
The 6th semester students are eligible for placement opportunities.The placement opportunities are good which involves companies like Oracle, cognizant,Wipro,tcs, etc. The highest package last year is around 59LPA and tha average package is around 8-9LPA .Most percentage of students from CSE and allied branches and IT are placed but not in case of civil, mechanical students.My plans after degree is to get a job with good package if not doing MS
Fees and Financial Aid
As I entered to this college by rank I don't have any fee it's free to me but I need to pay semester fees but for other people they have to pay 140000 as yearly fee and this may increase by a small amount by every 2 years or 3 years .The campus employment opportunities are good. We can have scholarships based on our IPE MARKS etc
Campus Life
The infrastructure is good but it can be some more better . The campus life is very good with a lot of social and curricular activities and there are around 42 clubs present in our college which are run by students itself and helps students a lot on focusing on social aspects . The annual fest name is SHRUTHI and it will be conducted in months of February and March . The library has various collection of books but they have to replace some with new ones . The CBIT college is very well known for sports like cricket, Badminton,etc . The college will also provide good opportunities in sports .I think they should conduct some more small events which engages freshers along with annual fest
Admission
The admission process for me is through EAMCET exam.By getting a rank we can study in this institution or by criteria of mains or by management kota. The cutoff for the information technology course varies with caste and for OBC caste the rank must be below 6000 . Reservation benefits will be by caste and also by gender . For BC-D the reservation helped a bit . The frequency of exams is once in a 1 and half month and it is not much tough a person who studies can write easily
