Likes

the sports ground are very nice in my college
if you are a sports guy then you will have alot of fun
get into a big society like IETE or ISTE and you will create alot of friends

Dislikes

pretty small college to roam around, and Gwalior city doesn't have alot of places to visit
some seniors might be very bad as the gwalior are have some bad people
too many assignments to write, too many quizes and alot of random shit that doenst need to be in a college

the syllabus that they are teaching me is great and very relevant to my branch but the faculty is hit or miss, sometimes they are great but i would say that in my college most of the faculty are okish at max

Placement Experience

There is very low to none placement in my college, its very hard getting a job through campus but if you are studying well and have many projects and have learned the popular stuff that the world needs right now then you will easily get a job but not from campus, you need to apply to places from your side and try again and agian but at the end i am sure you will get a really nice job.

Fees and Financial Aid

the course in itself is as descent value but if you will take hostel then it ight be costly comparatively. some students can get scholarship but it comes very late (but does come) so its good. there is no campus employmeny but you can work for the campus with some society work but it will not give you any income.

Campus Life

My college is pretty small tbh but when i joined the clubs i met more friends and its very fun working for societies in college (it might be very hectic sometimes) but most of the times its fun with friends, you might do alot of work for the society in 1st year but as your year passes then you do less and less work. infrastructue is very good, there is a new building that is very damnn and has a computer lab that is dedicated to high performance work as every pc has rtx 3060 in it.

Admission

I gave mains exam and couldn't qualify for advanced exam so i just used my mains percentile in the counselling and as my branch (computer science and design) is new in my college so there wasnt any specific %ile criteria so i got in the branch in the first round it self

after the completion of third year students become eligible for campus placements companies which visit are infosys cisco tata amazon and many more highest package for 2024 was 52 lpa and the average package is 11 LPA 60-70% students gget placed after my degree i plan to get a solid 9-5 job earning a decent living of my life and serving my parents

Course Curriculum Overview:

Jiwaji is Government university which have a long heritage. But is now coming to the short end of the rope. Institute of Engineering Jiwaji is fairly newly established around 20 to 30 years or so. The faculty is not that great and is not that experienced and have less facilities. Faculty of IEJU is mostly on temporary payroll with some of the permanent faculty. You have entire leasure of time to yourself. So, thing other than couese can be pursued. Hostel facilities are good. If we come to exams Other than Pharmacy and Engineering all other course have tomoy scheduled exams with strict checking and scoring.

Remarks:

My college comes under Institute of National importance,it has amazing placement,the students in this college are very intelligent as everyone joins after qualifying one of the toughest exam JEE advance, college has beautiful campus and has well equipped labs and also hasquite low fee compared to other colleges.

Journey to success with MITS Gwalior

I give JEE Mains exam. After than I sat for MP DTE councilling where I filled choices for SGSTIS Indore ,DAVV Indore ,MITS Gwalior, JEC jabalpur. In SGSTIS and DAVV I can only go with lowest branch so I op MITS Gwalior where I get seat in Information technology specialization in Internet of Things IoT. Yes I prefer students to come this college, as its core branches are very good in studies as well as placement wise. A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

I choose this college because it has strong reputation since 1947 and good placement with affordable fee compared to other option I applied for. I also considered a few private colleges but preferred this one as the admission is true J based counseling with clear eligibility and cut off rank.
