Likes

The faculty members here are really friendly and knowledgeable.
The subjects in the courses are informative
The students/my collegues come here from various background giving us great exposure.

Dislikes

The trimester system is quite hectic and makes us feel like we are jack of all but master of none.
Very limited number of fests and no cultural related fests.
The placement process can be scary for some people because of large batch size.

The course has various subjects related to technology which helps us to learn about new concepts and stay in touch with the digital world. But due to trimester system we are not able to understand a particular subject completely.

Internships Opportunities

The companies that come for internship opportunities provides various roles like marketing,sales,HR, operations and finance. Some students may not get internships from college and they have to fetch for their own internships.

Placement Experience

There are placements provided by the college but due to large batch size the student has to work hard once they are in the college to get opportunities. Number of reputed companies come for the placement process like KPMG, ICICI Bank, Legrand, Havells, etc

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is divided in four parts where you have to pay 350000 every 6 months for two years. Students can opt for loans from the bank and the process is pretty smooth. There is no campus employment as such.

Campus Life

The campus life here is hectic due to trimester system. The students here come from different backgrounds and experiences which gives us great exposure. There are various fests like WeBiz and Impact. The number of cultural fests can be increased.

Admission

The admission process was smooth. It was GD followed by PI. There were 10 students for the GD process and the topics weren't as complicated. Everyone was able to speak atleast 2-3 sentences on the given topic. The PI was taken by 2 panelists and the interview questions were based mostly on your CV.

Interview Experience

Yes. The first thing we have to is a psychometric test in which questions related to personality traits, intelligence, behavioral style and aptitude were asked. The second was the GD including 10 students. The last round was a PI.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. The Real College Life

I was admitted through CMAT examination. The minimum cutoff to qualify was 80 but I had scored 97.5%. The admission process consisted of GD followed by PI, with moderate level of difficulty. The fee structure last year was 14,00,000 for two years but for the current year they have increased it to 15,50,000 for the entire 2 years.
