- I liked the infrastructure here. If it would have been maintained well the university will be the most beautiful.
- Library : library facility is really good. There is every thing you want in a library.
- Sunsets : The sunsets are really beautiful here. After the whole day seeing beautiful sunsets gives you a soothing feeling.
Dislikes
- Health center : The health center has a lot of things to be improved l. The ambulance is not clean and old also.
- Weather : The sunny weather here is dehydrating.
- Maintenance : the university is not maintained properly.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose MCA because I have done BCA in my graduation. Opting for MCA can help boost my career. The Curriculum of the course is overall good. But there are some unnecessary subject that are mandatory to study but they make us study those. But I guess for my juniors there are some new subject introduced which will mean something when they complete the degree.
Internships Opportunities
We got internship opportunity from our associate professor's connections. But they selected the students and didn't give any internship to us. But we got internship via my project guide, she called a company using her connectiona nd they organized a campus drive and selected 7 students. Other classmates of mine got internship via there own connections and referrals. But the department does not give any opportunity itself.
Fees and Financial Aid
Per year the tuition fee is 55,000. So whole degree is of 1,10,000 . The whole years hostel fee is 7200 so for two years it is 14,400. The mess fee is 3000 approx for a month so for one year or is 36000 so for two years it will be 72000. All the charges like health center, lab , library etc are included in the tuition fee only.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is very good. The university has a good area. But the university is not maintained that makes the university look bad. There are books available int he library and the library is good. The health center is not good. There are student unions and not any club.
Hostel Facilities
The rooms and environment is good. The hostel is affordable also. But there is a problem of hygiene here. They don't clean the washrooms every day which makes it unhygienic. Overall it is good. Sometimes there is water problem.
Admission
Eligibility : The student has done bachelor in any domain , but in 12th he should have maths as a mandatory subject. He should have 65% and more. Admission process : One can get admission via CUET exam. First one has to apply for cuet exam and give the exam. Then wait for the results . Then apply for the university in which you want to take admission separately on the website of that university. Every university in CUET exam then give the list of selected students. Then if selected you can take admission in the university. Reservation : The university has reservation for SC, ST, OBC, and PWD students. The selection process also has reservations. Along with these there is sports quota too. Exams : In MCA as our admission got late , our whole pg program is of one and a half year only . So our semesters are a bit smaller then normally. But our juniors have full 2 year program and have 6 months one semester. We have two internal exams within the semester and one time end sem exams. The
