College needs to hear this out

I chose bachelors of business management as in future I want to do something in manager field or in the sector of business and I feel this course is quite apt for my future endeavours. The curriculum of BBA prepares me on an average basis for this field. As I think that there is a lot of improvement that the college or the university needs to do in practical basis. They should include more internships and practical implementation of marginal behaviour so that students have a better idea by facing the real Challenges of this field. We have exams every twice a semester and there are six semesters. The difficulty level of the exam is average and I don't think there should be any change in the exam pattern.

our college does not offer any internship to the students. Instead, they inform us about few courses organised by IIT Kanpur. However, I have been into Internship and all since last two years and earning good from that. I'm an experienced brand manager and a copyright. My main sources of getting the Internship was LinkedIn and Internshala.

The campus placement rate is poor as compared to other colleges in Kanpur. It does not offer very high package except few. There are no big companies who have visited or considered our college for campus placements. Since I'm planning for CAT exam, my main aim is to get a good college for my MBA and then after that have a good placement from those colleges. there are many people who do apply for campus placements who are willing to take up an average After their graduation.

The courier fees of our College is ?42,000 and since my first year fees has taken no hike. cost of my graduation will be ?1,26,000. The college offers few scholarship, but But since it's a very long and tedious process, many students fails to apply for it. I haven't taken any campus, employment or internship as our college does not provide any internship and employment packages are very very low.

my overall campus life is average as there is no technical festivals or events etc Organised by the college as compare to other universities and colleges. There is only one event that is organised every three year name kalanjali. The facility and technological improvement has not been done since many years and we have traditional classroom instead of smart classrooms. I am personally not into sports that much but are College does few state level competitions in sports field and other extra curricular activities are also limited.. no, our college doesn't run any social groups clubs. Neither it allows students to promote the same.

Our college doesn't have any Hostel facility. Since this college is in my hometown, I live in my home and I have no view about the overall hostel prices for menu and affordability of PG etc. I think if College wants to expand its overall student experience, they should build a hostel which will also help students from outside Kanpur and nearby towns to consider it with an affordable price range

The overall a mission process was easy as we only had to collect the form and submit it along with the fees. The form was accessible from the College office. Personally. I didn't find the admission process hectic task for me and it was quite easy. College does not have any Entrance exam for its admission process.

As already mentioned earlier, the process of our criteria for the admission was collecting the admission form and submitting it back along with one year of fees. there is no other process or criteria for admission and no interview questions or group discussions round. But I personally feel our College should include that in the process of admission which will help student to get better communication skill and College will also be able to sort better candidates and improve the overall rating of the College.
